【摘要】：目的：探討HPV L1蛋白在新疆維、漢兩個(gè)民族婦女HPV陽(yáng)性的宮頸液基細(xì)胞學(xué)標(biāo)本中的表達(dá)、意義及差異,為新疆地區(qū)婦女宮頸病變的防治工作提供理論依據(jù)。方法：選取2011年12月至2012年10月就診于新疆維吾爾自治區(qū)人民醫(yī)院維、漢族女性患者182名,運(yùn)用免疫組化SP法檢測(cè)Ll蛋白在HPV陽(yáng)性的宮頸液基細(xì)胞學(xué)樣本中的表達(dá)。結(jié)果：85名維吾爾族患者中L1的表達(dá)陽(yáng)性率為：NILM42%(8/19)、 ASCUS27%(7/26)、ASCUS—H36%(4/11)、LSIL67%(3/9)、HSIL25%(1/4)、SCC0(0/3)。 NILM、ASCUS、ASCUS-H組相比,HPV L1殼蛋白的陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率間的差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。而在LSIL、HSIL組與SCC組中比較,HPV L1殼蛋白的陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.05)。97名漢族患者中L1的表達(dá)陽(yáng)性率為：NILM39%(15/38)、 ASCUS17%(6/35)、ASCUS—21%(4/19)、LSIL80%(1/5)、HSIL0(0/3)、SCC0(0/1)。 NILM、ASCUS、ASCUS-H組相比,HPV L1殼蛋白的陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率間的差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。而在LSIL、HSIL組與SCC組中比較,HPV L1殼蛋白的陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.05)。兩個(gè)民族在同級(jí)別病變之間L1蛋白的表達(dá)率比較差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論：HPV L1殼蛋白在HPV陽(yáng)性的維、漢族患者宮頸病變中的陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率均隨著病變程度加重呈下降趨勢(shì)(LSIL到HSIL),有望成為預(yù)測(cè)宮頸癌前病變進(jìn)展的生物標(biāo)志物。HPV L1殼蛋白在維、漢族同級(jí)別宮頸病變間的表達(dá)無(wú)差異。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression, significance and difference of HPV L1 protein in cervical liquid-based cytological specimens of women from Uygur and Han nationalities in Xinjiang, and to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of cervical lesions in women in Xinjiang. Methods: from December 2011 to October 2012, 182 female patients of Han nationality were selected from the people's Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region. Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of Ll protein in HPV positive cervical liquid-based cytology samples. Results: the positive rate of L1 expression in 85 Uygur patients was NILM42% (8 / 19), ASCUS27% (7 / 26), ASCUS-H36% (4 / 11), LSIL67% (3 / 9), HSIL25% (1 / 4), SCC0 (0 / 3). There was no significant difference in positive expression rate of HPV L1 protein between NILM,ASCUS,ASCUS-H group and HPV group (P0.05). Compared with SCC group, the positive expression rate of HPV L1 shell protein in LSIL,HSIL group was significantly higher than that in SCC group (P0.05). The positive rates of L1 protein expression in 97 Han patients were NILM39% (15 / 38), ASCUS17% (6 / 35), NILM39% (15 / 38), ASCUS17% (6 / 35). ASCUS-21% (4 / 19), LSIL80% (1 / 5), HSIL0 (0 / 3), SCC0 (0 / 1). There was no significant difference in positive expression rate of HPV L1 protein between NILM,ASCUS,ASCUS-H group and HPV group (P0.05). The positive expression rate of HPV L1 protein in LSIL,HSIL group was significantly higher than that in SCC group (P0.05). There was no significant difference in the expression rate of L1 protein between the two nationalities in the same grade lesion (P0.05). Conclusion: the positive expression of HPV L1 protein in HPV and cervical lesions in Han nationality patients showed a decreasing trend (LSIL to HSIL),). It is expected to be a biomarker to predict the progression of cervical precancerous lesions. There is no difference in the expression of HPV L1 shell protein between the same grade cervical lesions in the Han nationality.
