【摘要】：目的 比較氯喹那多-普羅雌烯陰道片(Chlorquinaldol-Promestriene Vaginal Tablets)與克林霉素對(duì)需氧菌陰道炎的療效及復(fù)發(fā)率的影響。方法 對(duì)2009年11月至2010年4月北京大學(xué)第一醫(yī)院婦產(chǎn)科門診診斷的15~60歲確診為需氧菌陰道炎(aerobic vaginosis,AV)患者共98例,隨機(jī)分組治療(A組:氯喹那多-普羅雌烯陰道片1片/日,睡前置入陰道,連續(xù)12 d;B組:克林霉素,300 mg/d,陰道上藥,連續(xù)12 d),隨訪1個(gè)月,并對(duì)所得數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果 (1)治療后7~10 d顯效與治愈者30例,總有效率30.6%,其中A組臨床有效率為35.4%(17/48),B組26.0(13/50),兩組比較(χ~2=1.022,P=0.312,P0.05),差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;(2)隨訪1個(gè)月后兩組的各癥狀體征P值均大于0.05,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,療效判定復(fù)發(fā)率A組(2/35)5.7%、B組(6/29)20.7%,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義P=0.071。結(jié)論 氯喹那多-普羅雌烯陰道片在治療AV中能達(dá)到與克林霉素一致的效果,并有減少復(fù)發(fā)的趨勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the effect of Chlorquinaldol-Promestriene Vaginal Tablets) and clindamycin on aerobic vaginitis and its recurrence rate. Methods from November 2009 to April 2010, 98 patients with aerobic vaginitis (aerobic vaginosis,AV) who were diagnosed in outpatient department of gynecology and obstetrics of the first Hospital of Peking University from November 2009 to April 2010 were diagnosed as aerobic vaginitis (aerobic vaginosis,AV). Patients were randomly divided into two groups (group A: chloroquinado-proestrin vaginal tablet 1 tablet per day, vaginal implantation before bedtime, continuous 12 days; Group B: clindamycin, 300 mg/d, vaginal administration, continuous 12 d), follow-up for 1 month, and statistical analysis of the data. Results (1) the total effective rate was 30.6% in group A (26.0% (13 / 50) in 17 / 48), B group). P0.05), the difference was not statistically significant; (2) after 1 month follow-up, the P values of symptoms and signs of the two groups were all greater than 0.05, the difference was not statistically significant. The recurrence rate of group A (2 / 35) was 5.7g and the score of group B (6 / 29) was 20.7. The difference was not statistically significant (P = 0.071). Conclusion chloroquinado-proestrin vaginal tablet can achieve the same effect as clindamycin in the treatment of AV and has a tendency to reduce recurrence.
