【摘要】：目的了解體外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)助孕患者疾病信息需求及生活體驗。方法選取南陽市醫(yī)專一附院、南陽市第一人民醫(yī)院、南陽市中心醫(yī)院20例接受IVF-ET助孕治療的患者進行半結構訪談,采用現象學分析法分析資料。結果 IVF-ET助孕患者的健康信息需求分為4個階段:建立病歷階段、控制性促排卵監(jiān)測階段、取卵階段、移植階段。結論 IVF-ET助孕患者疾病信息需求問題顯著,基于患者真實需求構建信息支持策略亟待解決。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the disease information needs and life experience of patients with in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET). Methods Twenty patients who received IVF-ET assisted pregnancy therapy in Nanyang Medical College first affiliated Hospital, Nanyang first people's Hospital and Nanyang Central Hospital were selected for semi-structural interviews. The data were analyzed by phenomenological analysis. Results the health information needs of IVF-ET assisted pregnancy patients were divided into four stages: establishment of medical records, monitoring of controlled ovulation, oviposition and transplantation. Conclusion the problem of disease information demand in pregnant patients with IVF-ET is significant, and it is urgent to construct information support strategies based on patients' real needs.
