【摘要】：目的比較超聲刀及高頻電刀在子宮頸癌手術(shù)中使用的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。方法將2011年1月-2015年11月收治的126例子宮頸癌Ⅰ期患者隨機(jī)分為超聲刀組和高頻電刀組,每組各63例。對(duì)兩組患者在手術(shù)時(shí)間、術(shù)中出血量、淋巴結(jié)檢出數(shù)量、手術(shù)費(fèi)用等方面進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果 126例患者均順利完成手術(shù)。手術(shù)時(shí)間:超聲刀組(202.06±11.67)min,高頻電刀組(223.48±18.01)min,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.001);術(shù)中出血量:超聲刀組(373.97±27.95)m L,高頻電刀組(458.16±33.18)m L,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.001);手術(shù)費(fèi)用:超聲刀組(4 171.43±276.46)元,高頻電刀組(3 101.54±258.59)元,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.001);淋巴結(jié)檢出數(shù)量:超聲刀組(10.38±2.43)枚,高頻電刀組(9.76±2.61)枚,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.172)。結(jié)論在子宮頸癌手術(shù)中運(yùn)用超聲刀能有效縮短手術(shù)時(shí)間,減少手術(shù)出血量,但不能顯著增加淋巴結(jié)檢出數(shù)量,而且明顯增加了手術(shù)費(fèi)用,給患者增加了經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the advantages and disadvantages of ultrasonic knife and high frequency electric knife in cervical cancer surgery. Methods from January 2011 to November 2015 126 patients with cervical cancer were randomly divided into ultrasonic knife group and high frequency electrosurgical group with 63 cases in each group. The operative time, intraoperative bleeding, lymph node detection and operation cost were compared between the two groups. Results the operation was successfully completed in 126 patients. Operation time: ultrasound knife group (202.06 鹵11.67) min, high-frequency electrosurgical operation group (223.48 鹵18.01) min, difference was statistically significant (P0.001); Intraoperative bleeding volume: ultrasonic scalpel group (373.97 鹵27.95) m L,) high frequency electrosurgical group (458.16 鹵33.18) m L,) significant difference (P0.001); The operation cost: ultrasound knife group (4 171.43 鹵276.46) yuan, high frequency electrosurgical operation group (3 101.54 鹵258.59) yuan, the difference was statistically significant (P0. 001); The number of lymph nodes detected was (10.38 鹵2.43) in ultrasonic knife group and (9.76 鹵2.61) in high frequency electrosurgical group (P < 0.172). Conclusion Ultrasonic scalpel can effectively shorten the operation time and reduce the amount of bleeding, but it can not significantly increase the number of lymph nodes detected, and increase the cost of surgery and increase the economic burden for the patients.
