【摘要】：目的探討2011~2015年城鎮(zhèn)居民婦科惡性腫瘤發(fā)病率。方法選取2011~2015年首次治療,且資料完善的婦科惡性腫瘤患者作研究對象,總結(jié)婦科惡性腫瘤在2011~2015年間的總發(fā)病趨勢,各類婦科惡性腫瘤在不同年齡段的發(fā)病情況,分析年齡及構(gòu)成比的差異。結(jié)果 2011年,共收治婦科惡性腫瘤患者452例,2012年520例,2013年534例,2014年600例,2015年623例。總體呈上升趨勢。2011~2015年婦科惡性腫瘤共2729例,30~39歲組600例(21.9%);40~49歲組684例(25.1%);40~59歲組940例(34.4%);≥60歲505例(18.5%)。40~59歲組所占比例最高。宮體惡性腫瘤2372例(86.9%);卵巢上皮細(xì)胞癌340例(12.4%);其它17例(6%)。結(jié)論婦科惡性腫瘤在病理類型和臨床特征上存在較大差異,對病理特點(diǎn)及臨床特征掌握,利于更好的了解病發(fā)情況,使早期診治率提高,發(fā)揮理想的防治效果。同時(shí),需重視婦科惡性腫瘤知識(shí)宣傳,強(qiáng)調(diào)女性定期婦科檢查的重要性,針對高危人群,需行腫瘤篩查,以早期發(fā)現(xiàn)癌變,延緩病情。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the incidence of gynecological malignancies in urban residents from 2011 to 2015. Methods the patients with gynecological malignant tumors who were treated for the first time from 2011 to 2015 were selected as research objects. The general incidence trend of gynecological malignant tumors in 2011 and 2015 and the incidence of gynecological malignant tumors in different age groups were summarized. The difference of age and composition ratio was analyzed. Results in 2011, there were 452 cases of gynecologic malignant tumor, 520 cases in 2012, 534 cases in 2013, 600 cases in 2014 and 623 cases in 2015. From 2011 to 2015, there were 2729 cases of gynecologic malignant tumors, 600 cases (21.9%) in the 30- year old group, 684 cases (25.1%) in the 4049-year-old group, 940 cases (34.4%) in the 4059-year-old group. 505 cases (18.5%) were over 60 years old. The proportion of 40- 59 years old group was the highest. 2372 cases (86.9%) were malignant tumor of uterine body, 340 cases (12.4%) were epithelial cell carcinoma of ovary, 17 cases (6%) were other. Conclusion there are great differences in pathological types and clinical characteristics of gynecologic malignant tumors. Mastering the pathological and clinical features is helpful to better understand the incidence of diseases, improve the early diagnosis and treatment rate, and give play to the ideal effect of prevention and treatment. At the same time, we should pay attention to the knowledge propaganda of gynecological malignant tumor, emphasize the importance of regular gynecological examination for women, and aim at the high risk group, we need to carry out tumor screening, in order to detect cancer early and delay the disease.
