【摘要】：目的探討孝感地區(qū)7所縣市級(jí)醫(yī)院妊娠期血小板減少癥的流行病學(xué)特征。方法采用調(diào)查表對(duì)2013年孝感市地區(qū)所轄7所縣市級(jí)綜合醫(yī)院收治的血小板減少癥孕產(chǎn)婦進(jìn)行流行病學(xué)調(diào)查。所有數(shù)據(jù)行Logistic回歸分析和Binomial檢驗(yàn)。結(jié)果 7所縣市級(jí)醫(yī)院共收治血小板減少癥孕婦342例,同期孕產(chǎn)婦7 348例,患病率4.7%。在7所縣市醫(yī)院中,安陸市血小板減少癥孕婦比例最高(36.0%,123/342;OR=0.050),其次為孝南(25.4%,87/342;OR=0.027)和應(yīng)城(21.1%,72/342,OR=0.048),此外,受教育程度低(31.6%,108/342,χ2=81.773)、居住地在農(nóng)村(64.9%,222/342)、有電子加工職業(yè)經(jīng)歷(43.6%,149/342;OR=0.174)等均為其高危因素(P0.001)。分娩后1、2、6周內(nèi)血小板恢復(fù)正常者分別為252例(73.7%)、46例(13.5%)和17例(5.0%),與居住地、文化程度、職業(yè)暴露等無相關(guān)性(OR=0.943,P=0.896)。結(jié)論孝感地區(qū)7所醫(yī)院妊娠期血小板減少癥中,安陸市比例高,且與居住地有工廠分布、文化程度低、孕前或孕期電子廠工作經(jīng)歷等密切相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the epidemiological characteristics of thrombocytopenia complicating pregnancy in 7 county hospitals in Xiaogan area. Methods Epidemiological investigation of thrombocytopenia in 7 county and city general hospitals in Xiaogan city in 2013 was carried out. All data were analyzed by Logistic regression analysis and Binomial test. Results 342 pregnant women with thrombocytopenia and 7 348 pregnant women with thrombocytopenia were admitted in 7 county and municipal hospitals. The prevalence rate was 4.7%. Among the 7 hospitals, the proportion of pregnant women with thrombocytopenia was the highest in Anlu city (36.0%), followed by Xiaonan (25.4%). OR=0.027) and Yingcheng (21.1 / 32), in addition to having a low level of education (31.6 / 108 / 342, 蠂 ~ 2 = 81.773) and living in the countryside (64.9 / 222 / 342), Professional experience in electronic processing (43.6%); OR=0.174 were all high risk factors (P0. 001). There were 252 cases (73.7%), 46 cases (13.5%) and 17 cases (5.0%) with normal platelets within 6 weeks after delivery. There was no correlation with residence, education level and occupational exposure (OR=0.943,P=0.896). Conclusion in 7 hospitals of Xiaogan area, the proportion of thrombocytopenia during pregnancy is high in Anlu city, which is closely related to factory distribution, low education level and working experience in electronics factory before pregnancy or during pregnancy.
