【摘要】：正1病例報告患者,28歲,因停經(jīng)37天,下腹痛3天,加重1天于2014年3月25日急診入院。患者3天前無明顯誘因出現(xiàn)間斷性、中等程度下腹痛,1天前加重,期間無惡心、嘔吐,無陰道流血等不適。患者自起病以來精神、飲食、睡眠可,大、小便正常,體重?zé)o明顯變化�；颊咴陆�(jīng)初潮為11歲,經(jīng)期6~7天/28~30天,月經(jīng)量中等、色暗紅、無血凝塊,有痛經(jīng)史,白帶正常、無異味,末次月經(jīng):2014年1月10日�；颊�20歲結(jié)婚,G6P1,足月順產(chǎn)1孩,人工流產(chǎn)4次�；颊呒韧鶡o乙肝、傷寒、結(jié)核等傳染
[Abstract]:A 28-year-old patient with a reported case, 37 days of menopause, 3 days of lower abdominal pain and 1 day of aggravation, was admitted to the emergency department on March 25, 2014. The patients had no obvious inducement 3 days ago, moderate lower abdominal pain, 1 day aggravation, no nausea, vomiting, no vaginal bleeding and other discomfort. Patients since the onset of mental, diet, sleep can, large, normal urine, no significant changes in body weight. Patient menarche is 11 years old, menstrual period is 67 days / 2830 days, menstrual volume is medium, color dark red, no blood clot, have dysmenorrhea history, leucorrhea normal, no peculiar smell, last menstruation: January 10, 2014. The patient married at the age of 20, G 6 P 1, 1 child at full term, 4 times induced abortion. No previous cases of hepatitis B, typhoid, tuberculosis, etc.
