【摘要】：目的探討硝酸甘油治療妊娠高血壓的臨床療效。方法選取棗陽(yáng)市婦幼保健院2014年1月—2017年1月收治的妊娠高血壓患者90例,隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和試驗(yàn)組,各45例。對(duì)照組患者采用硫酸鎂治療,觀察組患者給予硝酸甘油治療。比較兩組患者臨床療效及治療前后平均動(dòng)脈壓、24 h尿蛋白含量,并觀察患者不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果觀察組患者臨床療效優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。治療前,兩組患者平均動(dòng)脈壓和24 h尿蛋白含量比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);治療后,觀察組患者平均動(dòng)脈壓和24 h尿蛋白含量低于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。觀察組患者不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率低于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論采用硝酸甘油治療妊娠高血壓的臨床療效確切,可有效降低患者血壓及24h尿蛋白含量,且安全性好。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of nitroglycerin in the treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension. Methods from January 2014 to January 2017, 90 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension in Zaoyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, each with 45 cases. The patients in the control group were treated with magnesium sulfate, and the patients in the observation group were treated with nitroglycerin. The clinical efficacy, mean arterial pressure and 24 h urinary protein content before and after treatment were compared between the two groups, and adverse reactions were observed. Results the clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in mean arterial pressure and 24 h urinary protein content between the two groups (P0.05); after treatment, the mean arterial pressure and 24 h urinary protein content in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion nitroglycerin is effective in the treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension. It can effectively reduce blood pressure and 24 hours urine protein content, and is safe.
