【摘要】：目的探討輸卵管梗阻再通術(shù)中臭氧的應(yīng)用效果。方法經(jīng)臨床和實驗室證實的輸卵管梗阻患者116例,隨機數(shù)字表法將患者分為研究組與對照組,每組各58例。所有患者住院期間均接受介入性輸卵管再通術(shù)治療。研究組應(yīng)用臭氧水行輸卵管灌注,而對照組則采用常規(guī)消炎及防粘連藥物溶液。隨訪6個月,觀察統(tǒng)計2組患者妊娠率及輸卵管再閉塞率,同時于術(shù)后2周對2組患者不適癥狀進行評價并比較。結(jié)果研究組輸卵管再通成功率為93.1%(54/58),妊娠率為79.3%(46/58),再發(fā)閉塞率為5.2%(3/58)。而對照組輸卵管再通成功率為91.4%(53/58),妊娠率為60.3%(35/58),再發(fā)閉塞率為17.2%(10/58)。分析顯示,2組患者再通成功率差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),但研究組妊娠率及再發(fā)閉塞率顯著高于對照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。研究組不適癥狀評分與對照組差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論在輸卵管再通術(shù)中采用臭氧灌注可有效提高術(shù)后妊娠率,降低再發(fā)閉塞。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of ozone during recanalization of fallopian tube obstruction. Methods 116 cases of fallopian tube obstruction confirmed by clinic and laboratory were randomly divided into study group and control group with 58 cases in each group. All patients were treated with interventional fallopian tube recanalization during hospitalization. The study group was perfused with ozone water, while the control group was treated with routine antiinflammatory and anti-adhesion drugs. The pregnancy rate and fallopian tube re-occlusion rate were observed and compared 2 weeks after operation. Results the success rate of fallopian tube recanalization was 93.1% (54 / 58), pregnancy rate was 79.3% (46 / 58), recurrent occlusion rate was 5.2% (3 / 58). In the control group, the success rate of fallopian tube recanalization was 91.4% (53 / 58), the pregnancy rate was 60.3% (35 / 58), and the recurrent occlusion rate was 17.2% (10 / 58). The results showed that there was no significant difference in the success rate of recanalization between the two groups (P0.05), but the pregnancy rate and recurrent occlusion rate in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P0.05). There was no significant difference in the scores of discomfort symptoms between the study group and the control group (P0.05). Conclusion Ozone perfusion during fallopian tube recanalization can effectively increase pregnancy rate and reduce recurrent occlusion.
