【摘要】：目的觀察三伏貼治療妊娠期支氣管哮喘(妊娠哮喘)慢性持續(xù)期患者的臨床療效及可能作用機(jī)制。方法將100例妊娠哮喘慢性持續(xù)期患者隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和治療組各50例。對(duì)照組給予布地奈德氣霧劑吸入治療,每次256μg,每天1次,共30天。治療組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上給予三伏貼治療,于頭伏、二伏、三伏的第1天各治療1次,末次貼敷10天后觀察兩組患者臨床療效、癥狀和體征緩解時(shí)間,檢測(cè)兩組患者治療前后肺功能、血清降鈣素(PCT)、25-羥維生素D3、血清C反應(yīng)蛋白(CRP)水平及唾液中免疫球蛋白A(SIg A)、褪黑素和皮質(zhì)醇水平。結(jié)果治療后兩組患者血清PCT、CRP水平較治療前降低,25-羥維生素D3、SIg A、褪黑素和皮質(zhì)醇水平提高,肺功能改善,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療組治療后血清PCT和CRP較對(duì)照組明顯降低,25-羥維生素D3、SIg A、褪黑素和皮質(zhì)醇水平、肺功能明顯提高(P0.05)。治療組喘息、咳嗽、肺部哮鳴音、胸膈滿悶緩解時(shí)間明顯短于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。治療組臨床療效總有效率91.49%,對(duì)照組為75.00%,治療組療效優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論三伏貼可能通過(guò)降低血清PCT、CRP水平,提高血清25-羥維生素D3和唾液中SIg A、褪黑素和皮質(zhì)醇水平使妊娠哮喘慢性持續(xù)期患者臨床癥狀得到有效控制。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect and possible mechanism of Sanfu plaster in the treatment of patients with pregnancy asthma. Methods 100 patients with chronic pregnancy asthma were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n = 50) and treatment group (n = 50). The control group was treated with budesonide aerosol inhalation, 256 渭 g, once a day for 30 days. The treatment group was treated with Sanfu paste on the basis of the control group, treated once on the first day of scalp, 2 volts and 3 volts, and 10 days after the last application, the clinical effects, symptoms and signs of the two groups were observed. Lung function, serum calcitonin (PCT), 25-hydroxyvitamin D3, serum C-reactive protein (CRP) and saliva immunoglobulin A (SIg A), melatonin and cortisol levels were measured before and after treatment. Results after treatment, the serum PCT,CRP level of the two groups was lower than that before treatment, the levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D _ 3 sig _ A, melatonin and cortisol were increased, and the lung function was improved, there was significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). The levels of serum PCT and CRP in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D _ (3) sig A, melatonin and cortisol, and pulmonary function were significantly increased (P0.05). The time of relief of wheezing, cough, lung wheezing and fullness of chest and diaphragm in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.49 and that of the control group was 75.00. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P0.05). Conclusion Sanfu paste can effectively control the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic pregnancy asthma by lowering the level of serum PCT,CRP and increasing the levels of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D _ 3, SIg A, melatonin and cortisol in saliva.
