【摘要】：正胎盤是孕婦與胎兒之間聯(lián)系的樞紐,對于維持正常妊娠及胎兒健康發(fā)育具有重要作用,其在發(fā)育和功能上的異常改變可能導(dǎo)致多種病理妊娠情況。胎盤的形成與發(fā)育涉及復(fù)雜的分子網(wǎng)絡(luò)調(diào)控,而胎盤源性的妊娠相關(guān)疾病亦不是由單一因素所致,而是在遺傳與環(huán)境的影響下的多因子共同作用的結(jié)果,研究其生物學(xué)過程需要大規(guī)模高通量的數(shù)據(jù)集成分析,以更好地從分子水平上觀察并闡釋正常生長發(fā)育規(guī)律與病理改變導(dǎo)致疾病的機(jī)制[1]。轉(zhuǎn)錄組廣義上是指在某一狀態(tài)下細(xì)胞基因組產(chǎn)
[Abstract]:Positive placenta is the junction between pregnant women and fetus, which plays an important role in maintaining normal pregnancy and fetal healthy development. Abnormal changes in development and function of positive placenta may lead to a variety of pathological pregnancy. Placental formation and development involve complex molecular network regulation, and placenta-derived pregnancy-related diseases are not caused by a single factor, but are the result of the interaction of multiple factors under the influence of heredity and environment. Studying its biological process requires large-scale high-throughput data integration analysis in order to better observe and explain the mechanism of disease caused by normal growth and development and pathological changes at the molecular level. In a broad sense, transcriptome refers to the production of a cell genome in a given state.
