【摘要】：妊娠期高血壓疾病(HDP)是全球范圍內(nèi)嚴(yán)重威脅母嬰健康的疾病。隨著診治經(jīng)驗的增加,國際及中國HDP診治指南不斷進(jìn)行更新修訂。文章擬結(jié)合中國HDP指南指導(dǎo)下的臨床實踐活動及原則,對國際不同HDP指南中診斷、治療及預(yù)防的要點進(jìn)行對比分析。
[Abstract]:Gestational hypertension disorder (HDP) is a serious threat to maternal and child health worldwide. With the increasing experience in diagnosis and treatment, the international and Chinese guidelines for HDP diagnosis and treatment are constantly updated and revised. Based on the clinical practice and principles under the guidance of Chinese HDP guidelines, the main points of diagnosis, treatment and prevention in different international HDP guidelines are compared and analyzed.
