【摘要】：正中國(guó)是宮頸癌重災(zāi)區(qū),每年新增浸潤(rùn)癌患者約13萬,占全世界總病例的四分之一。近年來,隨著宮頸細(xì)胞學(xué)篩查及人類乳頭瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)高危型檢測(cè)的普及和社會(huì)認(rèn)知度的提高,使得許多潛在的宮頸癌患者在癌前病變或鏡下早浸的階段就被發(fā)現(xiàn)并得到治療。由于這些患者往往年輕并有生育要求,宮頸錐切這一古老術(shù)式又得到了新的廣泛重視及應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:China is a major disaster area for cervical cancer, with about 130000 new invasive cancer cases each year, accounting for 1/4 of the world's total cases. In recent years, with the popularization of cervical cytological screening, detection of high-risk types of human papillomavirus (human papillomavirus,HPV) and the improvement of social awareness, many potential cervical cancer patients have been found and treated in precancerous lesions or early immersion under microscope. Because these patients are often young and have fertility requirements, the old procedure of cervical conization has been paid more and more attention.
