【摘要】：目的分析子宮肌瘤實施不同手術(shù)方案的治療效果。方法以我院收治的72例子宮肌瘤患者作為研究對象,隨機分為兩個組別,對照組(開腹手術(shù))、試驗組(腔鏡手術(shù))各36例。比較手術(shù)和治療時間,觀察術(shù)后并發(fā)癥。結(jié)果試驗組手術(shù)時間、排氣恢復、住院時間為(75.2±9.6)min、(17.4±3.1)h、(4.7±1.5)d,對照組為(90.4±8.8)min、(22.3±4.5)h、(6.8±2.0)d;術(shù)后并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率為5.6%,低于對照組的22.2%,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論腔鏡手術(shù)治療子宮肌瘤優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)開腹手術(shù),表現(xiàn)在恢復時聞短、并發(fā)癥少,推薦優(yōu)先選用。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effect of different surgical treatment for uterine leiomyoma. Methods Seventy-two patients with hysteromyoma were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (open operation) and the experimental group (36 cases). The time of operation and treatment were compared and postoperative complications were observed. Results the time of operation and the recovery of exhaust were (75.2 鹵9.6) min, (, 17.4 鹵3.1) h, (, 4.7 鹵1.5) days in the trial group and (90.4 鹵8.8) min, (, 22.3 鹵4.5) h, (, 6.8 鹵2.0) days in the control group, and the incidence of postoperative complications was 5.6, which was lower than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion Endoscopic surgery is superior to traditional laparotomy in the treatment of hysteromyoma.
