【摘要】：正1臨床資料患者,女,34歲,G0P0,LMP 2015年10月18日。2015年12月4日患者于停經(jīng)47天行人工流產(chǎn)術(shù),術(shù)前彩超提示宮內(nèi)早孕。術(shù)后置曼月樂環(huán)。術(shù)后1周復查彩超:內(nèi)膜厚0.6cm,宮內(nèi)節(jié)育器,宮內(nèi)口上方1.4cm×0.7cm不規(guī)則低回聲區(qū)。2015年12月23日復查彩超:宮內(nèi)口上方可見2.0cm×1.0cm不規(guī)則低回聲區(qū),內(nèi)見密集點狀回聲。宮內(nèi)可見節(jié)育器征象。于當?shù)蒯t(yī)院行清宮術(shù),術(shù)前取出曼月樂環(huán),清宮后置曼月樂環(huán),因個人原因未取病理。2015年12月28日復查彩
[Abstract]:Clinical data: female, 34 years old, G0P0 LMP, October 18, 2015. On December 4, 2015, the patient underwent induced abortion on 47 days after menopause. Color Doppler ultrasound showed early intrauterine pregnancy before operation. Post-operative manyue ring. One week after operation, color Doppler ultrasound: endometrial thickness 0.6 cm, intrauterine device, 1.4cm 脳 0.7cm irregular hypoechoic area above intrauterine orifice, 2.0cm 脳 1.0cm irregular hypoechoic area was observed on December 23, 2015.
