【摘要】：目的:分析復(fù)方苦參注射液真實(shí)世界中聯(lián)合用藥規(guī)律,以期提高臨床用藥合理性,并為探索潛在治法及后續(xù)深入分析提供參考借鑒。方法:基于中國(guó)中醫(yī)科學(xué)院中醫(yī)臨床基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)研究所建立的大型醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)電子醫(yī)療數(shù)據(jù)集成倉(cāng)庫(kù),提取來(lái)自全國(guó)22家三甲醫(yī)院診斷為惡性腫瘤且使用復(fù)方苦參注射液治療患者的電子醫(yī)療數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用頻數(shù)和百分比的描述性分析,以及基于Apriori算法的用藥特征關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則分析,對(duì)所記載的西藥聯(lián)合用藥特征進(jìn)行回顧研究。結(jié)果:共檢索1510例使用復(fù)方苦參注射液且臨床診斷為卵巢癌患者電子醫(yī)療數(shù)據(jù)。西藥類(lèi)別的保肝藥、抗腫瘤化療藥、免疫調(diào)節(jié)藥、5-HT受體阻斷藥、糖皮質(zhì)激素藥,與復(fù)方苦參注射液聯(lián)用常見(jiàn),且常用聯(lián)合用藥關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則組合呈特定規(guī)律。結(jié)論:真實(shí)世界中復(fù)方苦參注射液治療卵巢癌的臨床聯(lián)合用藥特征顯著,本研究為復(fù)方苦參注射液臨床合理應(yīng)用提供良好證據(jù)與借鑒。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the law of combined use of compound Sophora flavescens injection in the real world in order to improve the rationality of clinical drug use and to provide reference for exploring potential therapy and further analysis. Methods: based on the large hospital information system electronic medical data integration warehouse established by Institute of Clinical basic Medicine of Chinese Academy of traditional Chinese Medicine, Electronic medical data were extracted from 22 third-class hospitals in China, which were diagnosed as malignant tumors and treated with compound Sophora flavescens injection. The frequency and percentage of the data were analyzed by descriptive analysis, and the association rules of drug use characteristics based on Apriori algorithm were analyzed. The characteristics of western medicine combined with medicine were reviewed and studied. Results: 1510 patients with ovarian cancer were treated with compound Sophora flavescens injection. Hepatoprotective drugs, anti-tumor chemotherapeutic drugs, immunomodulatory drugs, 5-HT receptor blockers, glucocorticoid drugs, and compound Sophora flavescens injection are commonly used together with compound Sophora flavescens injection. Conclusion: the clinical characteristics of compound Sophora flavescens injection in the treatment of ovarian cancer in the real world are remarkable. This study provides good evidence and reference for rational clinical application of compound Sophora flavescens injection.
