【摘要】：探討淋巴脈管間隙浸潤(rùn)對(duì)早期宮頸癌預(yù)后的影響。查閱淋巴脈管間隙浸潤(rùn)(lymphovascular space invasion,LVSI)與早期宮頸癌相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),文獻(xiàn)涉及早期宮頸癌保守性手術(shù)、根治術(shù)后長(zhǎng)期隨訪觀察LVSI與預(yù)后的影響�；顧z標(biāo)本與根治術(shù)標(biāo)本比較,分析其對(duì)淋巴轉(zhuǎn)移、浸潤(rùn)深度的預(yù)測(cè)價(jià)值。共計(jì)34篇文獻(xiàn)符合要求,部分文獻(xiàn)顯示淋巴脈管間隙浸潤(rùn)不是宮頸癌預(yù)后的獨(dú)立危險(xiǎn)因素,否定其作為早期宮頸癌保留生育功能的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),而部分文獻(xiàn)顯示LVSI與預(yù)后相關(guān)。臨床觀察發(fā)現(xiàn)LVSI陽(yáng)性患者保守性手術(shù)治療仍應(yīng)謹(jǐn)慎。淋巴脈管間隙浸潤(rùn)作為早期宮頸癌保留生育功能的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)尚存爭(zhēng)議,其可能與淋巴轉(zhuǎn)移有關(guān),后者是宮頸癌不良預(yù)后的獨(dú)立危險(xiǎn)因素。
[Abstract]:To investigate the effect of lymphatic vascular space infiltration on early prognosis of cervical cancer. The literature related to early cervix cancer and lymphatic vascular interstitial infiltration (lymphovascular space invasion,LVSI) was reviewed. The literature involved conservative surgery for early cervical cancer. The long-term follow-up after radical resection was to observe the influence of LVSI on prognosis. The predictive value of biopsy specimen and radical operation specimen in lymphatic metastasis and depth of invasion was analyzed. A total of 34 articles met the requirements. Some literatures showed that lymphatic vascular space infiltration was not an independent risk factor for the prognosis of cervical cancer. It was denied that it was an index to evaluate the reproductive function of early cervical cancer, while some literatures showed that LVSI was related to prognosis. Clinical observation showed that conservative surgical treatment of LVSI positive patients should be cautious. Lymphatic vascular interstitial infiltration, which is an independent risk factor for the poor prognosis of cervical cancer, remains controversial as an index to evaluate the reproductive function of early cervical cancer, and it may be related to lymphatic metastasis.
