妊娠期高血壓疾病對(duì)新生兒腎功能的影響研究

【摘要】:目的探討妊娠期高血壓疾病(HDCP)對(duì)新生兒腎功能的影響,為改善新生兒生命質(zhì)量提供依據(jù)。方法選取2012年7月—2013年12月蕪湖市婦幼保健院和蕪湖市第二人民醫(yī)院收治的HDCP患者38例,選取同期在兩家醫(yī)院生產(chǎn)的健康孕婦45例,均以孕婦分娩的新生兒為研究對(duì)象,分別為觀察組和對(duì)照組。于新生兒出生48 h后抽取血液3 ml,檢測(cè)血清胱抑素C(Cys-C)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)、尿酸(UA)及β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)。結(jié)果觀察組新生兒、足月兒、早產(chǎn)兒的Cys-C、BUN、Cr、UA及β2-MG水平均分別高于對(duì)照組新生兒、足月兒、早產(chǎn)兒,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 HDCP孕婦分娩的新生兒腎功能較正常孕婦分娩的新生兒低下,HDCP與新生兒腎功能損傷有關(guān)。為提高新生兒生命質(zhì)量,及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)新生兒早期腎損害,建議同時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)血清Cys-C、BUN、Cr、UA及β2-MG。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of (HDCP) on neonatal renal function and provide evidence for improving the quality of life of neonates. Methods from July 2012 to December 2013, 38 patients with HDCP were selected from Wuhu Maternal and Child Health Hospital and the second people's Hospital of Wuhu, and 45 healthy pregnant women were selected from two hospitals in the same period. Observation group and control group respectively. Serum cystatin C (Cys-C), urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine (Cr), uric acid (UA) and 尾 2 microglobulin (尾 2-MG) were measured 48 hours after birth. Results the levels of Cys-C,BUN,Cr,UA and 尾 2-MG in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion the neonatal renal function of HDCP pregnant women is lower than that of normal pregnant women. In order to improve the quality of life of newborns and detect early renal damage in newborns, it is suggested to monitor serum Cys-C,BUN,Cr,UA and 尾 2 MG simultaneously.
