【摘要】：隨著骨髓增生異常綜合征(MDS)治療療效的提高,近年妊娠合并MDS患者有增加趨勢(shì)。但妊娠合并MDS的臨床特點(diǎn)、診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及治療方案,國(guó)內(nèi)外尚無(wú)統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。參考國(guó)內(nèi)外妊娠合并MDS的文獻(xiàn)報(bào)道及復(fù)習(xí)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),本文總結(jié)了妊娠合并MDS的臨床特點(diǎn)、診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、治療方案以及MDS與妊娠的相互關(guān)系及影響,以期提高對(duì)妊娠合并MDS的認(rèn)識(shí),為臨床診治提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of the therapeutic effect of (MDS) in patients with myelodysplastic syndromes, there is an increasing trend of pregnancy with MDS in recent years. However, there is no uniform standard for clinical features, diagnostic criteria and treatment of pregnancy complicated with MDS at home and abroad. Referring to the literature report and review of pregnancy complicated with MDS at home and abroad, this paper summarized the clinical characteristics, diagnostic criteria, treatment scheme, the relationship and influence of MDS and pregnancy in order to improve the understanding of pregnancy complicated with MDS. To provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
