【摘要】：目的觀察米非司酮配伍桂枝茯苓膠囊治療子宮肌瘤的療效。方法將2008～2010年就診的絕經(jīng)前有癥狀的子宮肌瘤患者150例隨機分為觀察組和對照組,各75例,兩組均從月經(jīng)來潮第1天開始服用米非司酮片;觀察組在月經(jīng)干凈后加服桂枝茯苓膠囊。觀察治療后兩組療效。結果服藥1個月后兩組患者均出現(xiàn)閉經(jīng),痛經(jīng)癥狀逐漸消失,貧血患者均得到糾正。臨床顯效率和總有效率觀察組分別為52.0%和92.0%,對照組分別為36.0%和81.3%,兩組間比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論桂枝茯苓膠囊聯(lián)合米非司酮較單獨應用米非司酮治療子宮肌瘤療效更好,適用于術前或圍絕經(jīng)期保守治療子宮肌瘤。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the efficacy of mifepristone combined with Guizhi Fuling capsule in the treatment of uterine leiomyoma. Methods from 2008 to 2010, 150 patients with premenopausal myoma were randomly divided into two groups: observation group (75 cases) and control group (75 cases). Both groups took mifepristone tablets from the 1st day of menstrual cycle. Observe group after menstruation is clean add take Guizhi Fuling capsule. Observe the curative effect of the two groups after treatment. Results one month after taking medicine, amenorrhea appeared in both groups, dysmenorrhea gradually disappeared and anemia patients were corrected. The clinical effective rate and total effective rate were 52.0% and 92.0% in the observation group and 36.0% and 81.3% in the control group respectively. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion Guizhi Fuling capsule combined with mifepristone is more effective than mifepristone alone in the treatment of uterine leiomyoma. It is suitable for conservative treatment of uterine leiomyoma before or after menopause.
