【摘要】：目的研究HLA抗體的產(chǎn)生與孕婦妊娠次數(shù)的關(guān)系。方法選擇2016年11月9日-2017年3月31日在邵逸夫醫(yī)院下沙院區(qū)登記待產(chǎn)的24-28周856例孕婦為研究對(duì)象,收集其外周血血樣,利用單克隆抗體固相血小板抗體實(shí)驗(yàn)檢測(cè)孕婦血清中HLA抗體的表達(dá)情況。結(jié)果共檢出HLA抗體陽(yáng)性孕婦67例,抗體陽(yáng)性率為7.8%。334例首次妊娠的孕婦中,有15例HLA陽(yáng)性的,陽(yáng)性率為4.5%;216例無(wú)流產(chǎn)史的兩次或以上妊娠的孕婦中,有14例陽(yáng)性,陽(yáng)性率為6.5%;107例有一次流產(chǎn)史的孕婦中,有10例陽(yáng)性,陽(yáng)性率為9.3%;223例有兩次及以上流產(chǎn)史的孕婦中,有28例陽(yáng)性的,陽(yáng)性率為12.6%。妊娠次數(shù)與HLA抗體發(fā)生率呈正相關(guān)。結(jié)論二次及以上妊娠的孕婦HLA抗體發(fā)生率高于首次妊娠的孕婦。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the relationship between the production of HLA antibody and the number of pregnancies in pregnant women. Methods from November 9, 2016 to March 31, 2017, 856 pregnant women of 24 to 28 weeks who were registered in Xiasha Hospital District of run Shaw Hospital were selected as study subjects, and their peripheral blood samples were collected. The expression of HLA antibody in maternal serum was detected by monoclonal antibody solid-phase platelet antibody test. Results A total of 67 pregnant women with positive HLA antibody were detected. The positive rate of HLA antibody was 7.8.334 pregnant women, 15 of them were HLA positive, and the positive rate was 4.55% of 216 pregnant women with no history of abortion, 14 of them were positive. Among 107 pregnant women with a history of abortion, 10 cases were positive, and the positive rate was 9.3223 cases with two or more miscarriages. 28 cases were positive and the positive rate was 12.6. The frequency of pregnancy was positively correlated with the incidence of HLA antibody. Conclusion the incidence of HLA antibody in pregnant women with second or above pregnancy is higher than that of pregnant women with first pregnancy.
