【摘要】：目的探討CA125在子宮內(nèi)膜癌組織中的表達(dá)及與雌激素受體(ER)、孕激素受體(PR)的相關(guān)性,闡明CA125在子宮內(nèi)膜癌病情進(jìn)展中的作用。方法隨機(jī)選取經(jīng)病理確診為子宮內(nèi)膜癌組織60例,采用免疫組化Envision二步法檢測組織CA125的表達(dá),分析其與患者臨床分級、組織學(xué)分級、腫瘤浸潤程度和淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移等情況的關(guān)系,并根據(jù)CA125免疫組化結(jié)果將其分為陽性組和陰性組,分析CA125的表達(dá)與ER、PR的關(guān)系。結(jié)果 CA125在子宮內(nèi)膜癌組織的陽性表達(dá)為75.00%(45/60),并隨著腫瘤浸潤深度的增加而表達(dá)增強(qiáng)(2值=9.32,P=0.001),在子宮內(nèi)膜癌臨床分期Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期和Ⅲ期,組織學(xué)分級Ⅰ級、Ⅱ級和Ⅲ級中差異均存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),但與淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移與否差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。在45例CA125表達(dá)陽性組中,ER陽性率為80.0%,PR陽性率為71.11%,而在15例CA125表達(dá)陰性組中,ER陽性率為26.67%,PR陽性率為40.00%,CA125的表達(dá)與ER、PR密切相關(guān)。結(jié)論子宮內(nèi)膜癌組織中存在CA125高表達(dá),并與腫瘤的惡性生物學(xué)行為密切相關(guān),同時(shí)與組織ER、PR的表達(dá)密切相關(guān),對指導(dǎo)臨床治療和判斷預(yù)后均具有重要的臨床價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of CA125 in endometrial carcinoma and its correlation with estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR) and to elucidate the role of CA125 in the progression of endometrial carcinoma. Methods 60 cases of endometrial carcinoma were randomly selected. The expression of CA125 was detected by immunohistochemical Envision two-step method. The relationship between the expression of CA125 and clinical grade, histological grade, tumor invasion and lymph node metastasis was analyzed.
