【摘要】：進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)后，智能手機(jī)的普及以及高速網(wǎng)絡(luò)的應(yīng)用使傳統(tǒng)的醫(yī)療模式發(fā)生著根本性的變革，越來(lái)越多的移動(dòng)通信技術(shù)被應(yīng)用于醫(yī)療活動(dòng)。移動(dòng)醫(yī)療就是指使用小型的、可以隨身攜帶的無(wú)線計(jì)算機(jī)或通訊設(shè)備，來(lái)滿足醫(yī)護(hù)人員和消費(fèi)者的健康信息服務(wù)需求。近幾年，移動(dòng)醫(yī)療已成為衛(wèi)生系統(tǒng)的重點(diǎn)關(guān)注項(xiàng)目。 本研究采用文獻(xiàn)分析法、功能對(duì)比分析法。對(duì)智能手機(jī)孕期保健APP的種類、特征、功能進(jìn)行了分析，，為孕婦提供使用APP獲取孕期保健服務(wù)和信息咨詢的指導(dǎo)性建議。結(jié)果顯示：（1）孕期保健APP按功能可分為以下五類：信息服務(wù)類、咨詢服務(wù)類、工具類、社交媒介類、商業(yè)廣告類。（2）孕婦更傾向于使用開發(fā)產(chǎn)品較多公司的APP，并且這些APP的內(nèi)容可靠性高。信息服務(wù)類孕期保健APP中，Mamashai公司、iDongmi Network Technology公司開發(fā)出的孕期保健APP的信息功能較全。此外，與北京協(xié)和醫(yī)院婦產(chǎn)科等專業(yè)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)合作開發(fā)的APP，內(nèi)容更具有專業(yè)性，能夠滿足孕婦需求。咨詢服務(wù)類APP所占比例小，但它是孕期移動(dòng)醫(yī)療APP中核心功能之一。孕婦在使用咨詢類APP時(shí)最關(guān)心的是能否提供免費(fèi)咨詢和咨詢回復(fù)是否及時(shí)。 孕期保健APP現(xiàn)存問(wèn)題主要有三點(diǎn):(1)孕期保健移動(dòng)醫(yī)療APP信息內(nèi)容不規(guī)范。(2)信息服務(wù)內(nèi)容的專業(yè)性、可信度不強(qiáng)。(3)掌握孕期保健APP的技術(shù)人才相對(duì)缺乏。針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題，本文提出以下幾點(diǎn)建議。首先，國(guó)內(nèi)盡早制定移動(dòng)醫(yī)療APP相關(guān)的法律法規(guī)。其次，進(jìn)一步細(xì)化移動(dòng)醫(yī)療APP種類。然后，加強(qiáng)醫(yī)療專業(yè)人士和醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)合作。最后，用戶需要謹(jǐn)慎使用移動(dòng)醫(yī)療APP。
[Abstract]:After entering the 21st century, with the popularity of smart phones and the application of high-speed networks, the traditional medical model has undergone fundamental changes. More and more mobile communication technologies have been applied to medical activities. Mobile medicine refers to the use of small, portable wireless computers or communication devices to meet the health information needs of health care workers and consumers. In recent years, mobile medicine has become the focus of health system projects. This research adopts the literature analysis method, the function contrast analysis method. This paper analyzes the types, characteristics and functions of APP in pregnancy care of smart phone, and provides guidance advice for pregnant women to use APP to obtain health care services and information consultation during pregnancy. The results showed that: (1) pregnancy care APP can be divided into the following five categories according to its function: information services, counseling services, tools, social media. Commercial advertising. (2) pregnant women are more likely to use apps from more companies that develop products, and the content of these APP is highly reliable. The information function of pregnant health care APP developed by the company of Mamashai company and Dongmi Network Technology company is relatively complete in the information service type of pregnancy health care APP. In addition, the app developed in cooperation with Beijing Union Hospital Gynecology and Obstetrics and Gynecology and Obstetrics is more professional and can meet the needs of pregnant women. APP is a small proportion of counseling services, but it is one of the core functions of mobile medical APP during pregnancy. Pregnant women are most concerned with the availability of free advice and responses when using counseling APP. There are three main problems in pregnancy health care APP: (1) the information content of mobile medical APP during pregnancy is not standardized; (2) the content of information service is professional and the credibility is not strong; (3) the technical personnel who master the health care APP during pregnancy are relatively lacking. In view of these problems, this paper puts forward the following suggestions. First of all, the domestic early development of mobile medical APP related laws and regulations. Secondly, further refinement of mobile medical APP category. Then, strengthen the cooperation between medical professionals and medical institutions. Finally, users need to use mobile medical apps with caution.
