【摘要】：目的探討絕育患者輸卵管吻合術(shù)后臨床妊娠效果。方法對(duì)我所2010年1月至2014年12月行輸卵管吻合術(shù)的112例婦女臨床資料進(jìn)行分析,觀察婦女輸卵管吻合術(shù)后妊娠情況。結(jié)果術(shù)后在29歲以下的患者手術(shù)后的妊娠率高于其他組(P0.05),患者絕育時(shí)間在6年內(nèi)的妊娠率高于其他組(P0.05),患者輸卵管長(zhǎng)度在5cm以下的妊娠率小于其他組(P0.05)。結(jié)論輸卵管吻合術(shù)后妊娠與婦女年齡、患者絕育時(shí)間長(zhǎng)短以及輸卵管長(zhǎng)度有關(guān),絕育患者盡早行輸卵管吻合術(shù)可以提高妊娠率。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical pregnancy effect of sterilizing patients after tubal anastomosis. Methods the clinical data of 112 women who underwent fallopian tube anastomosis from January 2010 to December 2014 were analyzed to observe the pregnancy after fallopian tube anastomosis. Results the pregnancy rate of patients under 29 years of age after operation was higher than that of other groups (P0.05). The pregnancy rate of patients with sterilizing time within 6 years was higher than that of other groups (P0.05). The pregnancy rate of patients with tubal length below 5cm was lower than that of other groups (P0.05). Conclusion the pregnancy after fallopian tube anastomosis is related to the age of women, the length of sterilizing time and the length of fallopian tube. The rate of pregnancy can be improved by early tubal anastomosis in patients with tubal anastomosis.
