【摘要】：目的觀察宮頸子宮下段環(huán)形縫合術(shù)在治療前置胎盤剖宮產(chǎn)術(shù)中子宮下段頑固性出血中的應(yīng)用效果。方法選取安徽醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬安慶醫(yī)院2014年12月1日至2016年8月31日前置胎盤行剖宮產(chǎn)術(shù)中子宮下段出血的患者49例,其中20例行宮頸子宮下段環(huán)形縫合術(shù)(研究組),29例行傳統(tǒng)手術(shù)(對(duì)照組),對(duì)比分析兩組患者的圍手術(shù)期資料。結(jié)果兩組患者在一般資料、前置胎盤類型及手術(shù)時(shí)間等方面差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);觀察組術(shù)中出血量明顯低于對(duì)照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論前置胎盤剖宮產(chǎn)術(shù)中子宮下段頑固性出血采用宮頸子宮下段環(huán)形縫合止血效果好,操作簡(jiǎn)單易行,可作為剖宮產(chǎn)術(shù)中治療前置胎盤子宮下段頑固性出血的有效縫合方法之一,值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of circular suture of lower uterine segment of cervix in the treatment of intractable hemorrhage of lower segment of uterus during caesarean section of placenta previa. Methods 49 patients with lower uterine bleeding during cesarean section of placenta previa from December 1, 2014 to August 31, 2016 in Anqing Hospital affiliated to Anhui Medical University were selected. Among them, 20 cases of cervix uteri lower segment ring suture (study group) 29 cases of traditional operation (control group), the two groups of patients with perioperative data were compared and analyzed. Results there was no significant difference in general data, placenta previa type and operation time between the two groups (P0.05), while the amount of intraoperative bleeding in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion during cesarean section of placenta previa, the intractable bleeding of the lower uterine segment of the uterus can be stopped by circular suture of the lower part of the cervix, and the operation is simple and easy. It can be used as an effective suture method for the treatment of intractable hemorrhage in the lower part of placenta previa during cesarean section, and it is worth popularizing in clinic.
