【摘要】：目的調(diào)查HPV攜帶者的焦慮狀態(tài)及影響因素,找到有焦慮高危因素的HPV攜帶者,對其進行針對性的心理干預(yù)。為臨床診療及心理疏導(dǎo)工作提供指導(dǎo)。方法通過Zung氏焦慮自評量表(SAS)和自制的患者一般資料問卷對2016年6月至2017年2月于山東大學(xué)附屬千佛山醫(yī)院婦科門診就診的100名HPV攜帶者(試驗組)及同期于山東大學(xué)附屬千佛山醫(yī)院查體中心行健康體檢的經(jīng)檢測HPV陰性的200名健康女性(對照組)進行焦慮狀態(tài)測評和相關(guān)情況調(diào)查。利用SPSS 18.0統(tǒng)計軟件,根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)資料類型,采用χ2檢驗比較定性資料與HPV攜帶者焦慮發(fā)生率的關(guān)系。采用t檢驗、F檢驗比較定量資料與HPV攜帶者焦慮程度的關(guān)系。采用Logistic多元回歸分析的方法分析各因素對HPV攜帶者焦慮情緒的影響。結(jié)果1.試驗組的SAS平均得分(43.71±10.28)高于對照組(35.24±7.63),兩者均高于中國常規(guī)模型(29.78±0.46)。2.試驗組的焦慮發(fā)生率(26.0%)高于對照組(7.0%)。3.影響HPV攜帶者焦慮情緒的主要因素有:感染持續(xù)時間、HPV亞型、職業(yè)、家庭人均月收入、治療費用、宗教信仰。4.Logistic回歸分析的結(jié)果顯示高危型HPV感染、低收入、治療費用3000元、無醫(yī)保是焦慮發(fā)生的危險因素。5.48%的HPV攜帶者表示性生活受影響,主要表現(xiàn)為:性生活滿意度下降、性生活頻次下降及對性生活產(chǎn)生恐懼、厭惡心理。結(jié)論1.HPV感染導(dǎo)致或加重焦慮情緒。2.影響HPV攜帶者焦慮狀態(tài)的因素是多方面的。3.HPV對其攜帶者的性生活有負性影響。4.臨床工作中應(yīng)重視HPV攜帶者的心理問題,做好相關(guān)知識宣教及心理疏導(dǎo),依據(jù)指南規(guī)范的篩查和治療HPV感染。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the anxiety state and influencing factors of HPV carriers and to find out HPV carriers with high risk factors of anxiety and carry out psychological intervention. To provide guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment and psychological counseling. Methods from June 2016 to February 2017, 100 HPV-carriers (trial group) and the same period were enrolled in the gynecological clinic of Qianfoshan Hospital affiliated to Shandong University by using Zung's Self-Rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-made general data questionnaire of patients. The anxiety status of 200 HPV-negative healthy women (control group) who were examined by physical examination center of Qianfoshan Hospital affiliated to East University were investigated. Using SPSS 18.0 statistical software, according to the data type, 蠂 2 test was used to compare the relationship between the qualitative data and the incidence of anxiety in HPV carriers. T test F test was used to compare the relationship between the quantitative data and the anxiety degree of HPV carriers. Logistic multiple regression analysis was used to analyze the influence of various factors on the anxiety of HPV carriers. Result 1. The average SAS score of the trial group (43.71 鹵10.28) was higher than that of the control group (35.24 鹵7.63), both of which were higher than that of the Chinese conventional model (29.78 鹵0.46) .2. The incidence of anxiety in the trial group (26.0%) was higher than that in the control group (7.0%). The main factors influencing the anxiety of HPV-carriers were as follows: duration of infection, occupation, average monthly income of family, cost of treatment, logistic regression analysis of religious belief showed that high risk type of HPV infection, low income, and cost of treatment were 3000 yuan. 5.48% of HPV carriers indicated that their sexual life was affected by the risk factor of anxiety. The main manifestations were the decrease of sexual satisfaction, the decrease of frequency of sexual life, the fear of sexual life and the aversion to sexual life. HPV infection caused or aggravated anxiety. 2. The factors that affect the anxiety state of HPV carriers are many aspects. 3. HPV has a negative effect on the sex life of HPV carriers. In clinical work, we should pay attention to the psychological problems of HPV carriers, do a good job of knowledge education and psychological counseling, according to the guidelines for screening and treatment of HPV infection.
