【摘要】：隨著規(guī)范產(chǎn)前檢查的不斷開展,宮頸細(xì)胞學(xué)檢查的逐漸推廣,越來(lái)越多的宮頸癌和宮頸病變?cè)谌焉锲诒话l(fā)現(xiàn),目前研究表明:宮頸癌的"三階梯"診斷方法同樣適用于妊娠期宮頸癌的診斷,且臨床分期與非妊娠期宮頸癌相同。目前對(duì)妊娠期宮頸癌的治療尚無(wú)統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn),手術(shù)方式、時(shí)機(jī)、化療藥物的選擇、劑量和療程以及分娩方式尚需進(jìn)一步研究。對(duì)于ⅠA期、ⅠB1期及腫瘤直徑≤2 cm、ⅠB1期及腫瘤直徑2 cm以及更高分期的患者,可采取個(gè)體化的治療方案。臨床醫(yī)師需在充分評(píng)估患者情況后,盡量保護(hù)患者和胎兒的利益,爭(zhēng)取達(dá)到控制疾病、保障患者及其生育能力并盡量保留胎兒的治療目的。
