【摘要】：目的分析宮腔鏡聯(lián)合腹腔鏡治療多發(fā)性子宮肌瘤的臨床效果。方法選取收治的200例多發(fā)性子宮肌瘤患者,按照入院的先后分為觀察組和對(duì)照組。對(duì)照組患者進(jìn)行開(kāi)腹手術(shù);觀察組患者則在宮腹腔鏡聯(lián)合下進(jìn)行手術(shù)。對(duì)比兩組患者在術(shù)中及術(shù)后的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo),同時(shí)就兩組患者的并發(fā)癥復(fù)發(fā)情況進(jìn)行比較。對(duì)兩組患者的圍手術(shù)期指標(biāo)、子宮肌瘤殘留率、復(fù)發(fā)情況等進(jìn)行對(duì)比。結(jié)果觀察組患者的手術(shù)時(shí)間、術(shù)中出血量、術(shù)后排氣時(shí)間以及體溫恢復(fù)時(shí)間均低于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);觀察組的并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率和復(fù)發(fā)率分別為2.0%、1.0%,與對(duì)照組(13.0%、10.0%)相比,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論多發(fā)性子宮肌瘤患者采用宮腔鏡聯(lián)合腹腔鏡治療的療效好、并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率與復(fù)發(fā)率明顯低于開(kāi)腹手術(shù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the clinical effect of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy in the treatment of multiple uterine leiomyoma. Methods 200 patients with multiple hysteromyoma were divided into observation group and control group. The patients in the control group were operated by laparotomy and the patients in the observation group were operated under the combination of hysteroscopy and laparoscopy. The indexes of intraoperative and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. The perioperative indexes, uterine leiomyoma residual rate and recurrence were compared between the two groups. Results the operative time, intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative exhaust time and body temperature recovery time in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.05), the incidence of complications and the recurrence rate in the observation group were 2.0 and 1.0, respectively, compared with those in the control group (13.0%, 10.0%). The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy is effective in the treatment of multiple uterine leiomyoma, and the incidence and recurrence rate of complications are significantly lower than that of open surgery.
