【摘要】：目的:分析不同容量小水囊引產(chǎn)對(duì)足月妊娠促宮頸成熟的影響。方法:將我院在2014年2月至2015年7月接收的足月妊娠,但宮頸條件不成熟且要求引產(chǎn)的183例產(chǎn)婦按照隨機(jī)方法分為a組、b組和c組,每組各有61例。對(duì)于a組產(chǎn)婦,主要采用30毫升的小水囊進(jìn)行引產(chǎn),b組產(chǎn)婦采用80毫升的小水囊進(jìn)行引產(chǎn),c組產(chǎn)婦采用150毫升的小水囊進(jìn)行引產(chǎn),所有小水囊中,均采用0.9%的氯化鈉溶液進(jìn)行充盈,對(duì)于三組產(chǎn)婦的促宮頸成熟情況進(jìn)行觀察并做比較。結(jié)果:b組和c組產(chǎn)婦的促宮頸成熟有效率、經(jīng)陰道分娩率,引產(chǎn)后的宮頸評(píng)分,引產(chǎn)到臨產(chǎn)時(shí)間與第一產(chǎn)程時(shí)間相比都明顯優(yōu)于a組,P0.05;但b組與c組之間這些項(xiàng)目無(wú)明顯差異,P0.05;對(duì)三組的新生兒窒息率、產(chǎn)婦產(chǎn)后出血等方面進(jìn)行比較,無(wú)差異,P0.05;而且,a組、b組、c組產(chǎn)婦臍帶的脫落率分別為93.44%、95.08%和77.05%,a組與b組明顯大于c組,P0.05,a組和b組之間不存在差異,P0.05。結(jié)論:采用80毫升的小水囊對(duì)足月妊娠促宮頸成熟產(chǎn)婦具有較好的效果,這種小水囊能夠更好地提高宮頸成熟率,具有臨床推廣使用的價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the effect of different volume of small water sac induced labor on term pregnancy to promote cervical maturation. Methods: 183 pregnant women who received term pregnancy from February 2014 to July 2015 were randomly divided into group a (n = 61) and group C (n = 61). For group a, 30 ml of small water sac was used to induce labor. In group b, 80 ml of small water sac was used to induce labor. In group c, 150 ml of small water sac was used to induce labor. All of them were filled with 0.9% sodium chloride solution. The cervical maturation of the three groups was observed and compared. Results the effective rate of cervix maturation, the rate of vaginal delivery, and the cervical score after induced labor were observed in group C and group B. The time from induced labor to labor was significantly better than that of group a (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference between group b and group c (P 0.05). The neonatal asphyxia rate and postpartum hemorrhage were compared among the three groups. There was no difference (P0.05), and the rate of umbilical cord shedding was 93.444.08% in group B and 95.08% in group B and 77.05% in group B, respectively, which was significantly higher than that in group C (P 0.05) and no significant difference was found between group b and group C (P 0.05). Conclusion: the use of 80 ml of small water sac has a better effect on the full term pregnancy to promote cervical maturation, this small water sac can improve the cervical maturation rate better, and has the value of clinical popularization.
