【摘要】：目的:觀察皮下引流聯(lián)合大黃、芒硝對(duì)婦科腹部手術(shù)切口脂肪液化的預(yù)防作用。方法:選取伴有術(shù)后切口愈合不良高危因素的婦科腹部手術(shù)60例患者,隨機(jī)分為觀察組和對(duì)照組各30例,觀察組術(shù)中放置多側(cè)孔硅膠負(fù)壓引流管,術(shù)后三天開始用大黃:芒硝=1:4研粉外敷切口,對(duì)照組術(shù)后三天開始用大黃:芒硝=1:4研粉外敷切口,觀察兩組患者切口愈合情況。結(jié)果:觀察組腹部切口常規(guī)時(shí)間拆線,均Ⅱ/甲愈合。對(duì)照組6例出現(xiàn)切口脂肪液化,敞開引流、換藥,延期愈合4例,二期縫合2例,觀察組切口脂肪液化率明顯低于對(duì)照組,兩者相比差異有顯著性(P0.05),觀察組切口平均愈合時(shí)間短于對(duì)照組,兩者相比差異有顯著性(P0.05)。結(jié)論:皮下引流聯(lián)合大黃、芒硝比單用大黃、芒硝更能有效防止婦科腹部手術(shù)后切口脂肪液化、促進(jìn)術(shù)后切口愈合。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the preventive effect of subcutaneous drainage combined with rhubarb and mirabilite on fat liquefaction in abdominal incision of gynecology. Methods: sixty patients undergoing gynecological abdominal surgery with high risk factors of poor wound healing were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group (n = 30) and the control group (n = 30).
