中藥聯(lián)合化療治療卵巢癌的文獻研究
[Abstract]:Ovarian cancer is a common gynecological malignant tumor with high incidence and poor prognosis. Surgery is a process of damage to qi, and chemotherapy drugs also have toxic effects on normal cells when they act on tumor cells, causing the corresponding toxic and side effects, such as bone marrow suppression, digestive tract reaction, neurotoxicity and so on. Make the body difficult to tolerate or even have to interrupt treatment. In recent years, there are more and more researches on TCM related treatment, which has a certain curative effect on the side effects of tumor chemotherapy, which can help the body to improve immunity and better cooperate with treatment. In this paper, a literature study on the treatment of ovarian cancer after chemotherapy was carried out in this paper. Objective: to study the literature on the treatment of ovarian cancer by traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) after chemotherapy in recent years, and to explore the understanding of the pathogenesis of postoperative chemotherapy of ovarian cancer and the rule of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in the treatment of ovarian cancer. Methods: using CNKI knowledge database, Wanfang data knowledge platform and Weipu Chinese science and technology periodical database as the retrieval tools, we searched for the literature of TCM clinical research on ovarian cancer from January 1990 to February 2014. The clinical literature of Chinese medicine combined with ovarian cancer chemotherapy was screened out. The database of traditional Chinese medicine used in literature was established with the contents of category, efficacy, sexual taste, meridian, frequency and so on. The database was established by using Excel software and classified statistics were carried out. Results: according to the data sources and retrieval methods, a total of 124 articles were obtained. According to the inclusion criteria mentioned in the previous article, 27 articles were selected to meet the criteria. 1201 cases were involved in all the literatures, 35 prescriptions were collected and 116 kinds of drugs were used. The drug appeared 410 times, the number of times used was 14225. 1. According to the syndrome types appeared in the literature, the most of the patients with ovarian cancer after chemotherapy were deficiency of Qi and Yin (35.22), followed by deficiency of Qi and Blood stasis (21.442), spleen deficiency of dampness (17.2442) and stagnation of dampness (17.24.2). According to the frequency of the drugs used, the top 10 places of drug use rate were Astragalus, Atractylodes macrocephala, Poria cocos, Codonopsis, Glycyrrhiza, Scutellaria barbata, Angelica sinensis, Coix seed, Curcuma. According to the classification of drugs, the most frequent occurrence of drugs was deficiency drugs (38.29), followed by heat-clearing drugs (15.61%) and blood circulation drugs (12.933.4%). According to the medicinal properties and classics, the most common drugs were flat drugs, sweet taste and spleen meridian. Conclusion: deficiency syndrome is the main treatment for ovarian cancer after chemotherapy, the main treatment is tonifying deficiency, clearing heat and detoxifying, activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis.
