【摘要】：目的探討宮頸癌組織微小RNA-218(miR-218)和信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)及轉(zhuǎn)錄活化因子3(Stat3)表達(dá)變化及其臨床意義。方法選擇宮頸癌患者96例(觀察組),疑似宮頸癌但組織病理檢查宮頸正常者58例(對(duì)照組),取兩組宮頸組織,采用RT-PCR法檢測(cè)miR-218、Stat3 mRNA表達(dá)。分析宮頸癌組織miR-218、Stat3 mRNA表達(dá)與患者臨床病理參數(shù)的關(guān)系。結(jié)果觀察組、對(duì)照組miR-218 mRNA相對(duì)表達(dá)量分別為0.57±0.12、1.09±0.51,Stat3 mRNA相對(duì)表達(dá)量分別為0.56±0.15、0.21±0.06,兩組比較P均0.05。宮頸癌組織miR-218 mRNA表達(dá)與Stat3mRNA表達(dá)呈負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系(r=-0.719,P0.05)。宮頸癌組織miR-218 mRNA表達(dá)與臨床分期、組織分化程度、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移有關(guān)(P均0.05),與患者年齡、病理類型、腫瘤直徑、絕經(jīng)狀況及宮旁浸潤無關(guān)(P均0.05)。宮頸癌組織Stat3 mRNA表達(dá)與組織分化程度、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移有關(guān)(P均0.05),與患者年齡、病理類型、臨床分期、腫瘤直徑、絕經(jīng)狀況及宮旁浸潤無關(guān)(P均0.05)。結(jié)論宮頸癌組織miR-218 mRNA表達(dá)下調(diào),Stat3 mRNA表達(dá)上調(diào);二者表達(dá)變化與宮頸癌的發(fā)生、發(fā)展有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression and clinical significance of minimal RNA-218 (miR-218) and signal transduction and transcription activating factor 3 (Stat3) in cervical carcinoma. Methods 96 cases of cervical cancer (observation group) and 58 cases of suspected cervical carcinoma but normal cervical tissue (control group) were selected. The expression of miR-218Stat3 mRNA was detected by RT-PCR in two groups of cervical tissues. To analyze the relationship between the expression of miR-218tStat3 mRNA and the clinicopathological parameters of cervical carcinoma. Results the relative expression of miR-218 mRNA in the observation group and control group was 0.57 鹵0.12, 1.09 鹵0.51 鹵0.51, respectively, and the relative expression of miR-218 mRNA was 0.56 鹵0.15, 0.21 鹵0.06, respectively (P 0.05). There was a negative correlation between the expression of miR-218 mRNA and the expression of Stat3 mRNA in cervical carcinoma (r-0.719 P 0.05). The expression of miR-218 mRNA was related to clinical stage, tissue differentiation, lymph node metastasis (P 0.05), but not to age, pathological type, tumor diameter, menopausal status and periuterine invasion (P 0.05). The expression of Stat3 mRNA was related to the degree of tissue differentiation and lymph node metastasis (P 0.05), but not to age, pathological type, clinical stage, tumor diameter, menopausal status and periuterine invasion (P 0.05). Conclusion the expression of miR-218 mRNA in cervical carcinoma is down-regulated and up-regulated, and the changes of miR-218 mRNA expression are related to the occurrence and development of cervical carcinoma.
