【摘要】：目的 檢測子宮內(nèi)膜癌組織中尿激酶型纖溶酶原激活物(uPA)以及組織蛋白酶D(Cath-D)的表達并探討兩者的相關性及臨床意義。 方法 采用免疫組織化學方法(PV-6000二步法)檢測31例子宮內(nèi)膜癌組織(子宮內(nèi)膜癌組)、17例子宮內(nèi)膜增生組織(子宮內(nèi)膜增生組)及10例正常子宮內(nèi)膜組織(正常對照組)中uPA及Cath-D的表達,分析探討其與子宮內(nèi)膜癌手術臨床病理分期、組織學分級及肌層浸潤深度的關系,并探討兩者表達的相關性。 結(jié)果 1.子宮內(nèi)膜癌組中uPA和Cath-D的表達均高于子宮內(nèi)膜增生組及正常對照組中的表達,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);而在子宮內(nèi)膜增生組中的表達與正常對照組差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。 2.uPA以及Cath-D的陽性表達與子宮內(nèi)膜癌的臨床病理分期、組織學分級及肌層浸潤深度有關,差異均具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。 3.子宮內(nèi)膜癌組中uPA和Cath-D的陽性表達呈正相關(r=0.673,P0.05) 結(jié)論 1.子宮內(nèi)膜癌組織中uPA、Cath-D的高表達與子宮內(nèi)膜癌的發(fā)生、侵襲、轉(zhuǎn)移和預后密切相關。 2.uPA和Cath-D在子宮內(nèi)膜癌組織中的表達有較高的一致性。提示uPA和Cath-D在子宮內(nèi)膜癌的發(fā)生發(fā)展侵襲轉(zhuǎn)移過程中可能起著協(xié)同和互相調(diào)節(jié)的作用,兩者的聯(lián)合檢測可有助于成為判斷子宮內(nèi)膜癌的發(fā)展及預后的重要指標。
[Abstract]:Objective to detect the expression of urokinase type plasminogen activator (UPA) and cathepsin D (Cath-D) in endometrial carcinoma and to explore their correlation and clinical significance. Methods 31 cases of endometrial carcinoma (endometrial carcinoma group) and 17 cases of endometrial hyperplasia (endometrial hyperplasia group) and 10 cases of normal endometrial tissue were detected by immunohistochemical method (PV-6000 two-step method). The expression of UPA and Cath-D in normal control group, To investigate the relationship between the expression of endometrial carcinoma and the clinicopathologic stage, histological grade and depth of myometrial invasion. Result 1. The expression of UPA and Cath-D in endometrial carcinoma group was higher than that in endometrial hyperplasia group and normal control group. The expression of UPA and Cath-D in endometrial hyperplasia group was not significantly different from that in normal control group (P0.05). 2. The positive expression of UPA and Cath-D and the clinicopathologic stage of endometrial carcinoma. Histological grading and depth of myometrial infiltration were significantly different (P0.05). There was a positive correlation between UPA and Cath-D expression in endometrial carcinoma group (r 0.673 P 0.05). Conclusion 1. The high expression of Cath-D in endometrial carcinoma is closely related to the occurrence, invasion, metastasis and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma. 2. The expression of UPA and Cath-D in endometrial carcinoma is highly consistent. These results suggest that UPA and Cath-D may play a synergistic and interregulatory role in the development, invasion and metastasis of endometrial carcinoma. The combined detection of UPA and Cath-D may be an important index to judge the development and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma.
