【摘要】：目的:通過檢測細(xì)胞分裂周期蛋白6(cell division cycle protein 6,CDC6)在不同級別宮頸病變中的表達(dá),探討其在宮頸病變中的意義。方法:收集宮頸組織石蠟標(biāo)本122例,采用免疫組化S-P法檢測宮頸組織中CDC6蛋白的表達(dá)。結(jié)果:CDC6陽性著色位于細(xì)胞核及胞漿,其表達(dá)陽性率分別為:宮頸正常組5.00%(1/20)、CINⅠ組35.00%(7/20)、CINⅡ~Ⅲ組71.43%(30/42)、宮頸癌組87.50%(35/40),各組間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=36.57,P0.001)。在122例宮頸石蠟標(biāo)本中,HPV感染陽性者83例,其中CDC6蛋白表達(dá)陽性率為73.49.45%(61/83);HPV感染陰性者39例,其中CDC6蛋白表達(dá)的陽性率為30.77%(12/39),兩者比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=20.15,P0.005);CDC6蛋白的表達(dá)與HPV感染呈正相關(guān)(r=0.769)。結(jié)論:CDC6的表達(dá)與宮頸病變的發(fā)生發(fā)展密切相關(guān),其與HPV感染在宮頸病變中可能存在協(xié)同作用。
[Abstract]:Objective : To investigate the expression of CDC6 protein in cervical lesions by detecting the expression of cell division cycle protein 6 ( CDC6 ) in cervical lesions .
