【摘要】：目的:明確絨毛膜性是否為雙胎妊娠子癇前期(PE)的發(fā)病風(fēng)險。方法:應(yīng)用preeclampsia、eclampsia、hypertensive disorders、perinatal outcome、maternal pregnancy outcomes、chorionic、dichorionic、monochorionic等關(guān)鍵詞檢索Pub Med和Web of science等外文檢索庫,并通過妊娠期高血壓疾病、子癇前期、子癇、絨毛膜性、單絨毛膜性、雙絨毛膜性等檢索關(guān)鍵詞檢索中國知網(wǎng)、維普、萬方等中文檢索庫,檢索截至2015年11月20日。按納入和排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn)選取相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)并提取相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)。采用Rev Man5軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果:共納入15篇文獻(xiàn),共10507例雙胎妊娠,PE患者1371例,發(fā)病率13.05%。單絨毛患者2647例,其中PE患者329例,發(fā)病率12.43%;雙絨毛患者7860例,其中PE患者1042例,發(fā)病率13.26%。Meta結(jié)果顯示,歐洲組:OR=0.87,95%CI為0.60~1.28,P=0.02;亞洲組:OR=1.40,95%CI=0.82~2.38,P=0.47;北美洲組:OR=1.14,95%CI為0.75~1.75,P=0.004;3個亞組合并:OR=1.04,95%CI為0.80~1.36,P=0.0002。結(jié)論:歐洲組單絨毛膜性為雙胎妊娠PE高危因素,北美洲組雙絨毛膜性為雙胎妊娠PE高危因素,亞洲組絨毛膜性不是雙胎妊娠PE高危因素。
[Abstract]:Objective: to determine whether chorionic villus is the risk of preeclampsia (PE) in twin pregnancy. Methods: using preeclampsiaeclampsia1 (preeclampsia) perinatal disorder pregnancy outcomers monochorionic keywords, such as Pub Med and web of science, were used to search the foreign languages such as Pub Med, preeclampsia, eclampsia, chorionic membrane, monocaporionic membrane, eclampsia, preeclampsia, eclampsia, eclampsia. Double chorionic villi and other keywords to search the Chinese search database, such as China Zhiwang, Weipu, Wanfang, etc., as of Nov. 20, 2015. Select relevant documents and extract relevant data according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. The software Rev Man5 was used for statistical analysis. Results: a total of 10507 cases of PE with twin pregnancy were included in 15 articles, and the incidence rate was 13.05%. There were 2647 patients with single chorionic villi, including 329 patients with PE, and 7860 patients with double villi, including 1042 patients with PE, the incidence of which was 13.26.Meta. The results showed that the CI of the European group was 0.600.601.28p0.02; that of the Asian group was 0.822.388P0.47; that of the North American group was 0.751.1495 / 95 CI was 0.751.755; and that of the three subgroups was 0.801.39.95 CI was 0.801.395.The CI of the North American group was 0.751.795. Conclusion: single chorionic chorion is a high risk factor for PE in twin pregnancy in Europe, double chorion is a high risk factor for PE in twin pregnancy in North America, and chorion is not a high risk factor for PE in twin pregnancy in Asia.
