【摘要】：目的:探討剖腹產(chǎn)子宮疤痕缺損的臨床特征及診斷治療方案。方法:納入我院2013年6月-2014年10月期間收治的100例通過陰道B超確診為子宮疤痕缺損,并經(jīng)藥物治療無效的婦女,分別采用鏡電切(50例)或陰式子宮疤痕修補(bǔ)術(shù)(50例)治療,術(shù)后隨訪1~2年。結(jié)果:宮腔鏡手術(shù)組治愈15例,好轉(zhuǎn)20例,無效15例,總有效率為70.0%;陰式手術(shù)組僅有2例無效,治愈31例,好轉(zhuǎn)17例,總有效率為96.0%。陰式手術(shù)組住院時(shí)間、住院費(fèi)用比宮腔鏡手術(shù)組明顯增加(P0.05)。陰式手術(shù)組、宮腔鏡手術(shù)組術(shù)后并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率分別為8.0%、18.0%,兩組比較,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:陰式手術(shù)治療剖宮產(chǎn)術(shù)后子宮疤痕缺損,微創(chuàng),并發(fā)癥少,效果令人滿意。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical features and diagnosis and treatment of uterine scar defect in caesarean section. Methods: from June 2013 to October 2014, 100 women with uterine scar defect diagnosed by vaginal ultrasound were treated with electrosurgical resection (50 cases) or vaginal scar repair (50 cases), respectively. Postoperative follow-up was 1 ~ 2 years. Results: in hysteroscopic group, 15 cases were cured, 20 cases were improved, 15 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 70.0%, in the group of vaginal operation, only 2 cases were ineffective, 31 cases were cured, 17 cases were improved, the total effective rate was 96.0%. The length of hospitalization and the cost of hospitalization in the negative operation group were significantly higher than those in the hysteroscopic operation group (P0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the negative operation group and hysteroscopic operation group were 8.0 and 18.0, respectively. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: vaginal operation is effective in the treatment of uterine scar defect after cesarean section.
