【摘要】：目的探討不孕女性生活事件、壓力反應(yīng)、應(yīng)對方式與生育壓力的關(guān)系及應(yīng)對方式的中介效應(yīng)。方法2015年8月—2016年2月選取在鄭州大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院生殖醫(yī)學(xué)中心門診就診的初診不孕女性進行調(diào)查。應(yīng)用生活事件量表、壓力反應(yīng)問卷、特質(zhì)應(yīng)對問卷和生育壓力量表對不孕女性進行調(diào)查,共發(fā)放問卷310份,收回有效問卷298份。運用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型分析不孕女性生活事件、壓力反應(yīng)、應(yīng)對方式與生育壓力的關(guān)系,分析積極應(yīng)對和消極應(yīng)對在不孕女性生育壓力中的中介效應(yīng)。結(jié)果生活事件總評分與社會壓力、夫妻關(guān)系、性壓力評分及生育壓力總評分呈正相關(guān)(P0.05);壓力反應(yīng)總評分與社會壓力、夫妻關(guān)系、有孩子的生活方式、父母角色的需要、性壓力評分及生育壓力總評分呈正相關(guān)(P0.05);積極應(yīng)對評分與社會壓力、夫妻關(guān)系、有孩子的生活方式、性壓力評分及生育壓力總評分呈負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.05);消極應(yīng)對評分與社會壓力、夫妻關(guān)系、有孩子的生活方式、父母角色的需要、性壓力評分及生育壓力總評分呈正相關(guān)(P0.05)。生活事件、壓力反應(yīng)、積極應(yīng)對和生育壓力的結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型擬合度較為理想,且積極應(yīng)對對生育壓力的中介效應(yīng)顯著(P0.05)。生活事件、壓力反應(yīng)、消極應(yīng)對和生育壓力的結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型擬合度較為理想,但消極應(yīng)對對生育壓力的中介效應(yīng)不顯著(P0.05)。結(jié)論生活事件、壓力反應(yīng)、應(yīng)對方式會影響不孕女性的生育壓力,生活事件和壓力反應(yīng)還可以通過積極應(yīng)對和消極應(yīng)對影響不孕女性的生育壓力,但是積極應(yīng)對對生育壓力的中介效應(yīng)顯著,消極應(yīng)對對生育壓力的中介效應(yīng)不顯著。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between life events, stress responses, coping styles and reproductive stress in infertile women and the mediating effects of coping styles. Methods from August 2015 to February 2016, the newly diagnosed infertile women in the outpatient clinic of Reproductive Medicine Center of the first affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were investigated. Life events scale, stress response questionnaire, trait coping questionnaire and reproductive stress scale were used to investigate infertile women. 310 questionnaires were distributed and 298 valid questionnaires were collected. The structural equation model was used to analyze the relationship between life events, stress responses, coping styles and reproductive stress in infertile women, and the mediating effects of positive coping and negative coping in fertility stress of infertile women were analyzed. Results the total score of life events was positively correlated with social pressure, marital relationship, sexual stress score and total reproductive stress score (P0.05), and the total score of stress response was positively correlated with social pressure, marital relationship, life style of children and the needs of parents' role. Positive correlation was found between sexual stress score and total reproductive stress score (P0.05); positive coping score was negatively correlated with social stress, marital relationship, lifestyle with children, sexual stress score and total reproductive stress score (P0.05); negative coping score was negatively correlated with social stress. The relationship between husband and wife, the life style of children, the need of parents' role, the score of sexual stress and the total score of reproductive stress were positively correlated (P0.05). The fitting degree of life events, stress response, positive coping model and reproductive stress model was ideal, and the intermediary effect of positive coping on reproductive stress was significant (P0.05). The fitting degree of the structural equation model of life events, stress response, negative coping and reproductive stress was ideal, but the intermediary effect of negative coping on reproductive stress was not significant (P0.05). Conclusion Life events, stress responses and coping styles can affect the reproductive stress of infertile women. Life events and stress responses can also influence fertility stress of infertile women through positive and negative coping. However, the mediating effect of positive coping on fertility stress is significant, while negative coping has no significant intermediary effect on reproductive stress.
