【摘要】：目的:探討雌激素代謝酶CYP1A1和COMT基因多態(tài)性與子宮肌瘤發(fā)生的關(guān)系。方法:應(yīng)用聚合酶鏈反應(yīng)-限制性片段長度多態(tài)性分析(PCR-RFLP)技術(shù),對100例子宮肌瘤患者和100例對照組人群CYP1A1基因Msp I位點多態(tài)和COMT基因外顯子4密碼子158(G-A)多態(tài)性進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果:1兩組均存在CYP1A1基因Msp I位點多態(tài),但兩組基因型TT、TC、CC頻率和等位基因T、C頻率的比較差異均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);2兩組均存在COMT基因G-A多態(tài),但兩組基因型GG、GA、AA頻率和等位基因G、A頻率的比較差異均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:CYP1A1基因Msp I位點多態(tài)性和COMT基因外顯子4密碼子158(G-A)多態(tài)性與子宮肌瘤發(fā)病風(fēng)險無相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the association of CYP1A1 and COMT gene polymorphisms with uterine leiomyogenesis. Methods: polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) was used to analyze the polymorphism of CYP1A1 gene MSP I locus and COMT gene exon 4 codon 158 (G-A) in 100 patients with uterine leiomyoma and 100 controls. Results the polymorphism of CYP1A1 gene MSP I was found in the two groups, but there was no significant difference in the frequency of TCCC and TnC between the two groups (P0.05). The G-A polymorphism of COMT gene was found in both groups (P0.05). However, there was no significant difference between the two groups in the frequency of GGG GA-AA and the frequency of allele GGA-A (P0.05). Conclusion there is no correlation between the polymorphism of MspI locus of CYP1A1 gene and codon 158 (G-A) polymorphism of COMT gene and the risk of uterine leiomyoma.
