【摘要】：目的探討多囊卵巢綜合征和子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥抗苗勒管激素(AMH)檢測(cè)的意義。方法收集2015年5月至2016年12月中國醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬盛京醫(yī)院收治的多囊卵巢綜合征患者282例及子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥患者70例,獲取AMH檢測(cè)結(jié)果及臨床資料;以同期3199例健康體檢者結(jié)果作為對(duì)照組。3組年齡均為20~40歲。AMH測(cè)定采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗(yàn),對(duì)3組結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果多囊卵巢綜合征組AMH值明顯高于對(duì)照組[(9.83±0.30)μg/L vs.(4.46±0.08)μg/L],子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥患者AMH值明顯下降[(2.62±0.23)μg/L vs.(4.46±0.08)μg/L]。AMH隨著年齡的增長(zhǎng)明顯下降,對(duì)照組20~25、25~30、30~35、35~40歲分別為(6.61±0.30)、(5.73±0.14)、(3.85±0.11)、(2.35±0.10)μg/L。結(jié)論多囊卵巢綜合征患者AMH明顯升高,子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥患者AMH降低。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the significance of anti-Mullerian tube hormone (AMH) in polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and endometriosis. Methods 282 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and 70 patients with endometriosis were collected from Shengjing Hospital affiliated to China Medical University from May 2015 to December 2016. The results of AMH detection and clinical data were obtained. The results of 3199 healthy persons in the same period were used as control group. 3. The age was 20 ~ 40 years old. AMH was measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa), and the results of three groups were compared. Results the value of AMH in the patients with polycystic ovary syndrome was significantly higher than that in the control group [(9.83 鹵0.30) 渭 g / L vs (4.46 鹵0.08) 渭 g / L], and that in the patients with endometriosis [(2.62 鹵0.23) 渭 g / L vs (4.46 鹵0.08) 渭 g / L] .AMH significantly decreased with age, and in the control group, it was (6.61 鹵0.30), (5.73 鹵0.14 渭 g / L at the age of (6.61 鹵0.30), (5.73 鹵0.14), (3.85 鹵0.11), (2.35 鹵0.10) 渭 g / L respectively. Conclusion AMH was significantly increased in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and decreased in patients with endometriosis.
