【摘要】：目的：了解婦科惡性腫瘤手術后絕經與自然絕經人群的絕經綜合征發(fā)生及生存質量狀況。 方法：選擇2012年04月01日至2014年03月01日在廣西醫(yī)科大學第四附屬醫(yī)院治療的手術絕經婦女25例作為研究組；選擇自然絕經1年的婦女25例作為對照組。對兩組婦女進行橫斷面調查,調查內容包括絕經1年絕經綜合征的發(fā)病率、Kupperman評分、WHOQOL-BREF評分、FSH、E2,并對以上調查內容進行比較。 結果：1.手術絕經組絕經綜合征發(fā)病率為92.0%,其中手術絕經組血管舒縮癥狀的發(fā)病率為84.0%,精神神經癥狀的發(fā)病率為80.0%,泌尿生殖系統癥狀的發(fā)病率為36.0%,自然絕經組絕經綜合征的發(fā)病率為68.0%,其中血管舒縮癥狀的發(fā)病率為56.0%,精神神經癥狀的發(fā)病率為44.0%,泌尿生殖系統癥狀的發(fā)病率為12.0%,兩組發(fā)病率的差異均有統計學意義(P0.05)。2.手術絕經組的改良Kupperman評分平均值(20.6±8.7)大于自然絕經組(14.4±9.6),差異有統計學意義(P0.05)。3.手術絕經組WHOQOL-BREF生理領域、心理領域及社會關系領域的平均分(10.5±2.0、10.6±1.6、11.7±1.7)均低于自然絕經組評分(11.7±1.9、11.8±1.6、12.8±1.7),差異有統計學意義(P0.05),環(huán)境領域評分無明顯差異(P0.05)。4.改良Kupperman評分與WHOQOL-BREF生理領域、心理領域、社會關系領域呈負相關(P0.05)。 結論：手術絕經婦女絕經綜合征的發(fā)病率高于自然絕經婦女,絕經癥狀比自然絕經婦女更嚴重,生存質量比自然絕經婦女差。絕經癥狀的嚴重程度影響絕經期女性的生存質量。為了改善生存質量,在有適應證的前提下,手術絕經婦女應盡快行激素替代治療。
[Abstract]:Objective : To investigate the occurrence and quality of menopausal syndrome in postmenopausal women with gynecological malignant tumors .

Methods : 25 cases were selected from April 01 , 2012 to March 01 , 2014 in the 4th Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University .
A cross - sectional survey was conducted between two groups of women , including the incidence of menopausal syndrome , Kupperman score , WHO QOL - BREF score , FSH and E2 , and compared the above survey .

Results : 1 . The morbidity of menopausal syndrome was 92.0 % , among which the incidence of vasomotor symptoms was 84.0 % , the incidence of psychomotor symptoms was 80.0 % , and the incidence rate of the symptoms of urinary reproductive system was 36.0 % .

Conclusion : The incidence of menopausal women menopause syndrome is higher than that of natural menopause women . The menopausal symptoms are worse than those of natural menopause women . The quality of life is worse than that of natural menopause . In order to improve the quality of life , women should undergo hormone replacement therapy as soon as possible in order to improve the quality of life .
