【摘要】：目的探討活化白細(xì)胞粘附分子(ALCAM)在卵巢漿液性腫瘤中的表達(dá)及其意義。方法使用免疫組化法檢測(cè)ALCAM在卵巢良性、交界性及惡性漿液性性腫瘤病灶中的表達(dá)。使用Elisa檢測(cè)卵巢腫瘤患者術(shù)前血清中ALCAM濃度。結(jié)果卵巢良性、交界及惡性漿液性腫瘤患者血清均可檢測(cè)到ALCAM,三組間濃度無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。ALCAM在卵巢良性、交界性、惡性腫瘤中的陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率分別為:31.8%、28.5%及62.2%。良性與惡性腫瘤組間ALCAM蛋白表達(dá)率差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.001)。卵巢惡性腫瘤組織中ALCAM蛋白的表達(dá)與手術(shù)分期、是否有淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移及預(yù)后有相關(guān)性。ALCAM陽(yáng)性組卵巢惡性腫瘤患者5年生存率為23.5%,而ALCAM陰性組為50.0%,二者之間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.02)。結(jié)論卵巢惡性腫瘤組織中ALCAM表達(dá)增強(qiáng)為卵巢惡性腫瘤不良預(yù)后的指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression and significance of activated leukocyte adhesion molecule (ALCAM) in ovarian serous tumors. Methods the expression of ALCAM in ovarian benign borderline and malignant serous tumors was detected by immunohistochemistry. Serum ALCAM levels were measured by Elisa before operation in patients with ovarian tumors. Results ALCAM was detected in serum of patients with benign, borderline and malignant serous tumors. The positive expression rates of ALCAM in benign, borderline and malignant ovarian tumors were 28.5% and 62.2%, respectively. There was significant difference in ALCAM protein expression between benign and malignant tumor groups. The expression of ALCAM protein in ovarian malignant tumor tissues was correlated with the stage of operation, lymph node metastasis and prognosis. The 5-year survival rate of ovarian malignant tumor patients with positive ALCAM was 23.5g, while that of ALCAM negative group was 50.02.There was significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion the increased expression of ALCAM in ovarian malignant tumors is an indicator of poor prognosis of ovarian malignant tumors.
