【摘要】：目的觀察低劑量米非司酮對圍絕經(jīng)期子宮肌瘤患者肌瘤體積及預后的影響。方法選擇2013年10月—2015年4月來該院就診的80例圍絕經(jīng)期子宮肌瘤患者為觀察對象,隨機分為米非司酮1組和米非司酮2組,每組40例。米非司酮1組給予米非司酮12.5 mg/次,1次/日,晚飯前口服;米非司酮2組給予口服米非司酮25mg/次,1次/日,晚飯前口服。兩組均連續(xù)治療半年。觀察兩組治療效果及肌瘤體積變化情況。結果米非司酮1組治療總有效率和不良反應發(fā)生率分別為95.0%和17.5%,明顯低于米非司酮2組(85.0%、37.5%),差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。米非司酮1組治療后子宮體積和子宮肌瘤體積分別為(187.54±15.63)cm3和(38.51±6.38)cm3,與米非司酮2組治療后比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論低劑量米非司酮治療圍絕經(jīng)期子宮肌瘤療效滿意,可顯著降低肌瘤體積,且無嚴重藥物不良反應,安全性高,預后較好。
[Abstract]:Objective To observe the effect of low dose mifepristone on the volume and prognosis of myoma in perimenopausal uterine myoma. Methods 80 cases of perimenopausal uterine myoma in the hospital from October 2013 to April 2015 were selected and randomly divided into 1 groups of mifepristone and 2 groups of mifepristone, 40 cases in each group. Mifepristone was given to the 1 group of mifepristone 1. 2.5 mg/ times, 1 times per day, oral administration before supper; the 2 group of mifepristone was given oral mifepristone 25mg/ times, 1 times / day, and oral administration before supper. The two groups were treated for six months continuously. The treatment effect of two groups and the changes of myoma volume were observed. Results the total effective rate and adverse reaction rate of mifepristone group 1 were 95% and 17.5%, respectively, lower than micifera. The difference between the 2 groups (85%, 37.5%) was statistically significant (P0.05). The volume and volume of uterine fibroids were (187.54 + 15.63) cm3 and (38.51 + 6.38) cm3 respectively after the treatment of mifepristone group 1. The difference was not statistically significant after the treatment of mifepristone 2 group (P0.05). Conclusion low dose mifepristone was effective in the treatment of perimenopausal uterine myoma. It can significantly reduce the volume of myoma and has no serious adverse drug reactions. It has high safety and good prognosis.
