【摘要】：正目的:觀察紫杉醇化療時為緩解過敏反應(yīng)而常規(guī)聯(lián)用的組胺H1受體拮抗劑是否影響其療效。方法:構(gòu)建荷人卵巢癌裸鼠模型,隨機分為對照、單用紫杉醇、單用異丙嗪、異丙嗪+紫杉醇4組,6.5 mg/kg異丙嗪或生理鹽水腹腔注射給藥0.5 h后,再予腹腔注射10 mg/kg紫杉醇或生理鹽水(每3 d 1次,共4次),測量腫瘤體積和瘤重。免疫組化檢測腫瘤血管標志物CD31
[Abstract]:Aim: to observe whether the combined histamine H 1 receptor antagonist, which is used in combination with paclitaxel to relieve allergic reaction, affects the efficacy of paclitaxel. Methods: the nude mice bearing human ovarian cancer were randomly divided into two groups: paclitaxel alone, promethazine alone and propofol group (4 groups) after intraperitoneal injection of promethazine or normal saline for 0.5 h. The tumor volume and tumor weight were measured by intraperitoneal injection of 10 mg/kg paclitaxel or normal saline (once every 3 days, 4 times).
