【摘要】：正1診斷系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡,狼瘡腦病,狼瘡腎炎。2進(jìn)一步處理方案終止妊娠后,給予輸注血小板、抗感染、抗癲癇等對(duì)癥支持處理后,產(chǎn)婦嗜睡狀,血小板波動(dòng)在20×10~9/L~30×10~9/L,無(wú)明顯變化。術(shù)后查相關(guān)免疫指標(biāo):抗核抗體(ANA)+,1∶100核均質(zhì)型;抗核抗體譜:SSA+++,SSB+,Ro-52+;免疫球蛋白補(bǔ)體測(cè)定:免疫球蛋白IgG 16.01 g/L,免疫球蛋白輕鏈(κ)4.55 g/
