【摘要】：目的探討二甲雙胍聯(lián)合炔雌醇環(huán)丙孕酮對海南地區(qū)瘦型多囊卵巢綜合征(PCOS)不孕癥患者性激素水平及妊娠的影響。方法 271例瘦型PCOS不孕癥患者,根據(jù)治療方案分為觀察組(135例)與對照組(136例)。對照組給予炔雌醇環(huán)丙孕酮治療,觀察組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上聯(lián)合二甲雙胍治療。對比兩組治療前后卵泡生成激素(FSH)、黃體生成激素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、睪酮(T)水平,治療后隨訪3個(gè)月,統(tǒng)計(jì)兩組排卵率及妊娠率。結(jié)果治療后觀察組FSH、LH、T水平低于對照組(P0.05);排卵率74.81%(101/135)、妊娠率40.74%(55/135)均高于對照組52.94%(72/136)、27.94%(38/136)(P0.05)。結(jié)論二甲雙胍與炔雌醇環(huán)丙孕酮聯(lián)合治療瘦型PCOS不孕癥患者,可降低性激素水平、提高排卵及妊娠率。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of metformin combined with estradiol cycloprogestrel on sex hormone level and pregnancy in patients with PCOS in Hainan area. Methods 271 patients with thin PCOS infertility were divided into two groups according to the treatment regimen: observation group (135 cases) and control group (136 cases). The control group was treated with cyproprogesterone and the observation group was treated with metformin on the basis of the control group. The levels of follicle-forming hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LHH), estradiol (E _ 2), progesterone (P), testosterone (T) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. The ovulatory and pregnancy rates of the two groups were calculated after 3 months follow-up. Results after treatment, the level of FSHN LHN T in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P 0.05), the ovulation rate was 74.81 / 101 / 135, and the pregnancy rate was 40.74 / 55 / 135), which was higher than that in the control group (52.94%). Conclusion Metformin combined with estradiol cycloprogestrel can reduce the level of sex hormone and increase ovulation and pregnancy rate in patients with leptic PCOS infertility.
