【摘要】：目的探討Syndecan-1在子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥(內(nèi)異癥)患者中的表達(dá)水平和臨床分期中的意義。方法采用ELISA法對88例內(nèi)異癥患者(觀察組)和35例同期因良性子宮肌瘤住院手術(shù)的患者(對照組)血清中Syndecan-1的表達(dá)水平進(jìn)行檢測,并對內(nèi)異癥分期進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析。結(jié)果觀察組患者血清中的Syndecan-1表達(dá)水平明顯高于對照組(P0.05),Ⅲ、Ⅳ期內(nèi)異癥患者血清中Syndecan-1的表達(dá)水平較Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者明顯升高,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 Syndecan-1在內(nèi)異癥血清中表達(dá)水平較高,可能參與了內(nèi)異癥的發(fā)病機(jī)制,可考慮成為內(nèi)異癥診斷的指標(biāo)之一,并且根據(jù)Syndecan-1的表達(dá)水平來預(yù)測內(nèi)異癥臨床分期。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression level and clinical stage of Syndecan-1 in patients with endometriosis (endometriosis). Methods the expression of Syndecan-1 in 88 patients with endometriosis (observation group) and 35 patients with benign uterine leiomyoma (control group) were detected by ELISA method, and the correlation between the stage of endometriosis and the stage of endometriosis was analyzed.
