【摘要】：宮頸上皮內(nèi)瘤變(cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,CIN)與宮頸癌(cervical cancer)是威脅女性健康的疾病之一,人乳頭瘤病毒(human papilloma virus,HPV)感染是其發(fā)生發(fā)展的主要因素。陰道菌群、酸堿度及清潔度等因素的改變在宮頸病變的進展過程中發(fā)揮至關(guān)重要的作用,尤其影響HPV感染、轉(zhuǎn)歸及清除。本文將對宮頸病變患者治療前后陰道微生態(tài)變化與HPV感染間的關(guān)系進行闡述。
[Abstract]:Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (cin) and cervical carcinoma (cervical cancer) are one of the diseases threatening women's health. The infection of human papilloma virus (HPV) is the main factor of its occurrence and development. The changes of vaginal flora, pH and cleanliness play an important role in the progression of cervical lesions, especially affecting the infection, prognosis and clearance of HPV. The relationship between vaginal microecological changes and HPV infection in patients with cervical lesions before and after treatment was discussed.
