【摘要】：正隨著腹腔鏡下子宮肌瘤剔除術(shù)的逐漸普及,國(guó)內(nèi)外皆有對(duì)于術(shù)后妊娠發(fā)生子宮破裂的個(gè)案報(bào)道,大多數(shù)子宮破裂發(fā)生在妊娠晚期,妊娠中期發(fā)生子宮破裂的報(bào)道極少。本文回顧性分析了重慶醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院收治的腹腔鏡下子宮肌瘤剔除術(shù)后妊娠中期子宮破裂2例患者,2例皆為妊娠中期發(fā)生腹痛并表現(xiàn)為失血性休克,手術(shù)探查證實(shí)原子宮肌瘤剔除術(shù)后瘢痕破裂。1病歷摘要例1.患者27歲,孕4產(chǎn)1。于2014-03-09因23+43+h
[Abstract]:With the gradual popularization of laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy, there are many cases of uterine rupture after pregnancy both at home and abroad, most of which occur in the third trimester of pregnancy, and there are few reports of uterine rupture in the second trimester of pregnancy.
