【摘要】：目的檢測(cè)miRNA200a在子宮肌瘤中的表達(dá)特點(diǎn)以及臨床意義。方法選取我院收治的60例子宮肌瘤患者作為研究對(duì)象,同期健康體檢女性60例作為對(duì)照組。分別采集子宮肌瘤組織和肌瘤旁正常組織、患者血清和健康人群血清存檔研究,采用原位雜交法、熒光定量PCR法檢測(cè)miRNA200a表達(dá)。結(jié)果 miRNA200a在子宮肌瘤組織中陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率為75.0%,正常組織中為8.3%;在子宮肌瘤患者血清中的相對(duì)表達(dá)量為(4.28±0.75),健康人群中為(1.04±0.26)。P0.05,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論 miRNA200a在子宮肌瘤的發(fā)生發(fā)展中起到重要作用,提示醫(yī)師在臨床診療中關(guān)注miRNA200a,可能成為治療子宮肌瘤的新靶向。
[Abstract]:Objective to detect the expression of miRNA200a in uterine leiomyoma and its clinical significance. Methods 60 patients with hysteromyoma and 60 healthy women as control group were selected. In situ hybridization and fluorescence quantitative PCR were used to detect the expression of miRNA200a in uterine leiomyoma tissues and normal tissues, patients' serum and healthy people's serum. Results the positive expression rate of miRNA200a was 75.0 in uterine leiomyoma and 8.3 in normal tissue, and the relative expression in serum of uterine leiomyoma was 4.28 鹵0.75, and that in healthy group was 1.04 鹵0.26. P0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion miRNA200a plays an important role in the occurrence and development of uterine leiomyoma, suggesting that doctors pay attention to miRNA200ain clinical diagnosis and treatment, which may become a new target for the treatment of uterine leiomyoma.
