【摘要】：目的探討離子熱療儀對(duì)妊娠期不同程度急性上呼吸道感染的療效,為妊娠期急性上呼吸道感染的防治提供新的思路。方法選擇2014年8月-2015年8月于濟(jì)南市中心醫(yī)院產(chǎn)科門診正規(guī)產(chǎn)檢,在妊娠不同時(shí)期出現(xiàn)急性上呼吸道感染癥狀的孕婦50例,分析離子熱療儀對(duì)不同程度急性上呼吸道感染癥狀的轉(zhuǎn)歸情況。結(jié)果早期急性上呼吸道感染組40例,使用離子熱療儀后,37例(92.5%)痊愈;3例(7.50%)使用后癥狀無(wú)好轉(zhuǎn)。晚期急性上呼吸道感染組10例,使用離子熱療儀后,5例(50.0%)有效;5例(50.0%)使用后無(wú)效,1例(10.0%)癥狀有加重。兩組的有效率比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(X~2=7.82,P=0.005)。所有孕婦在急性上呼吸道感染痊愈后均預(yù)防性使用離子熱療儀,截至本研究結(jié)束均未再出現(xiàn)急性上呼吸道感染癥狀。結(jié)論離子熱療儀治療妊娠期急性上呼吸道感染有較好療效,尤其對(duì)于早期出現(xiàn)的輕微癥狀療效顯著,可作為防治妊娠期急性上呼吸道感染的有效措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of ion thermotherapy instrument on acute upper respiratory tract infection of different degrees in pregnancy, and to provide a new idea for the prevention and treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection in pregnancy. Methods the pregnant women who had the symptoms of acute upper respiratory infection in Ji'nan Center Hospital in August, August 2014, were examined in the obstetric department of Obstetrics and gynecology in Ji'nan. 50 cases were analyzed by ion thermotherapy apparatus for different acute upper respiratory tract infection symptoms. Results 40 cases in early acute upper respiratory tract infection group, 37 cases (92.5%) cured after using ion thermotherapy instrument, 3 cases (7.50%) without improvement after use, 10 cases of advanced acute upper respiratory tract infection group, 5 cases (50%) effective and 5 cases after using ion thermotherapy apparatus. (50%) ineffective after use, 1 cases (10%) had more severe symptoms. The difference in efficiency of the two groups was statistically significant (X~2=7.82, P=0.005). All pregnant women were treated with ionic thermotherapy after acute upper respiratory tract infection, and the symptoms of acute upper respiratory tract were not present at the end of the study. Conclusion ion thermotherapy apparatus was used to treat pregnancy induced pregnancy. Acute upper respiratory tract infection in pregnancy has a good effect, especially for early onset mild symptoms, which can be used as an effective measure for the prevention and treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection during pregnancy.
